Sorry but the worst campsite we have been on.
Toilets were a worksite toilet porta cabin, 1 men's, 2 ladies, no hot water. 2 showers looked like they were once a stable. Washing up hut (yes a hut) no hot water.
No hard standing, owner said if we get stuck go see him then he will get tractor to pull us off.
Read some other reviews for this site, I think they must of been on a different site.
For £25 a night, it's day light robbery. There are far better sites out there cheaper and a lot better facilities

We were very impressed with the friendliness of the owners.
They worked hard and most of the other 4 units had been coming there for many years which says a lot.
The view from the Caravan Club CL site was lovely looking out over the distant sea and beach.
It was only a 10 minute walk into the middle of the town and there were various footpaths to lead to the pine woods and beach.
The site was very quiet and peaceful. It was nice seeing the horses in the next field with their owners on holiday as well.
We will definitely be coming back next year if we are lucky enough to get a pitch as £22 a night is very good value compared to Pinewoods at £48 plus charging for dogs.

Absolutely loved this site, friendly owners, super clean facilities 2x toilets and 2x showers.
Great location with easy walk along footpath and back streets into Wells. Loved the food in Wells Deli and our dog enjoyed being able to come in and shelter from the rain too!
Lovely walk too from site to beach, passing behind Pinewood campsite.
Great to be able to pitch up and not have to move throughout our stay, just walk everywhere, or use the bus (coming back from Holkham).
Definitely on our list to return again :-)

Very friendly and helpful fellah made us feel very welcome and this great little site.
Good views towards woods and coastline, there is a shortish walk across the field into Wells which has some good fish and chips/ pubs/ and cafes.
Drive down to daytime parking at Wells Beach for great dog walking in woods and massive clean beach.

Fantastic location, close enough to Wells town but still very quiet.
Some great walks to Holkham and to the beach straight from the site.
Friendly owners.
Didn't feel busy even though the site was full when we stayed.
Showers were spacious, clean and well equipped with plenty of hot water.
I would've liked a sink for teeth cleaning (there's just one at the toilets) and maybe a mirror but it is a working farm not a hotel and I think a lot of people that visit are caravan club members with their own facilities.
We thought it was good value for money and will be booking again.

Stayed at Mill Farm a couple of times now -
Lovely little campsite on the edge of the beautiful town of Wells-Next-The-Sea.
Basic but, good facilities (washing up, showers etc),
Always friendly and helpful.
Will be visiting again.

Lovely campsite, beautiful surroundings and large pitch with fire pit.
Toilet facilities were terrible and I would even dream of having a shower in there!
This is one night only place!

Nice small site, well laid out, friendly staff.
Not many facilities, but very well kept, but as not many pitches so seemed to work.
Will definitely use again when need a campsite in the area.

This is a small site, lovely and quiet and only a short run in the car to Wells.
Owner very helpful.
Not having loos and showers did not bother us as we were only here for the weekend and electric a bonus,
We would definitely come back.
