 This place was perfect. Beautiful surroundings and great hosts.
Loved to see the chickens and roosters running around and looking for food.
Toilet and shower block was immaculate.

Found this site has everything we needed in an adult only location:- tranquillity, superb facilities, abundance of wildlife (very friendly chickens and guinea fowl) and secure.
Fishing lake if that is your thing, plenty of local walks, not too far to local nature reserve and short drive to the seaside.
Luke and Barbara are fantastic hosts never too busy to stop for a chat,
Would highly recommend

I absolutely loved it. So peaceful, listening to the sound of the ducks, guinea fowl and chickens. Barbara and Luke the hosts were very friendly as were all the animals.
Make sure you follow the directions to the site that the owners give as the alternative route (favoured by sat nav) is very bumpy!
I will be back.
Only criticism was a lack of washing up facilities as caravan sinks can be quite small. Plenty of walks from the site.

This CL site delivered on all its promises.
The location is delightful, tucked away and peaceful. The owners have clearly spent a lot of time and energy creating a lovely space which is only going to become more beautiful as the years go by.
Booking arrangements were straightforward with easy communication and clear directions.
Barbara was friendly and welcoming, presenting us with a handy information pack on arrival.
The facilities were spotless and Covid-protected.
We will definitely visit again if we are back in the area. Thank you!

We cannot recommend this site enough. This is our third stay at Windy Ridge and it just gets better. Our arrival is always met with the warmest of welcomes from the lovely owners Luke and Barbara. Nothing is to much trouble for them, they both go above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable.
The toilet and shower is a massive bonus, not often seen on CL sites, they are regularly checked and cleaned and not once have we had to queue.
The site is the best we have stayed on, very well maintained with mown walkways around the large fishing lake. Seats and a picnic bench are available (nice touch)
Plenty of walks literally on the doorstep in this gorgeous part of the country. Loads to do in the nearby area, the welcome information sheet has loads of details on where to visit. Don't hesitate to book this site, you won't regret it.

Just got back from this gem of a site
The site was spot less once again
Barbra and luke made us feel welcome once again nothing was to much trouble
Toilets spotless weather was good fishing was good the wife had a 15lb carp out plus a few tench

What a fabulous site. We were warmly welcomed by Barbara and Luke, they showed us around and gave some tips on where to visit and eat locally.
The site is sublime, the facilities are immaculate.
It's lovely sitting around the lake, surrounded by nature, gorgeous. It's very quiet and peaceful, just as we like it!
Already booked to go again and can't wait!

We spent 10 days on windy ridge this august, fantastic and helpful hosts Barbara and Luke both very pleasant and friendly nothing was too much trouble for them.
Campsite quiet and full of beautiful wildlife toilet and shower spotlessly clean the site was heaven to be there.
Fantastic we will return in the near future.

Just got back after 6 days at this site. What a little gem of a site. The owners couldn't be nicer, what a lovely couple
Fishing was good, a little slow to start of with but picked up
The site was clean and tidy. Toilet block was spotless
Hope to have 12 days there next year.
The site is adult only.

Just returned from a lovely weekend at Windy Ridge Farm. The owners couldn't be nicer, what a lovely couple and a beautiful site. Only 5 miles from Cleethorpes. It's a lovely quiet site, with several on going improvements planned.
