A 5* site. Spotless facilities & v friendly, helpful owners. Nothing was too much trouble.
Felt very safe re Covid 19 precautions. Plenty of places within easy reach of site. Loved the homegrown veg & pumpkins for sale. Pitches well spaced out.
We'll be back. Highly recommended. A gem of a find. Value for money.

Excellent, clean and well appointed small site. We felt totally safe as covid 19 requirements were all in place.
Very quick response to my enquiry for booking. Susan and Steven were helpful and informative.
The ethos at this site is one of trust and honesty which is refreshing and certainly makes you want to return, which I'm sure we will.

Highly recommend this friendly, relaxed, well kept site.
There was everything there you could ask for and all kept spotless.
We will come back again. We liked the lack of check in and check out times which was great as we were only staying 1 night. Pitches were well spaced.
Good location, footpath from site to Leiston Abbey.

We absolutely loved our weekend. We will most definitely be back! Loved the spaciousness, loved the very clean and safe facilities, the lady who owns the site is so nice!
Nice walk into town where there is a very big co-op which was handy, lots of takeaways too which is useful to know for next time! Nice walk this morning to the abbey ruins.
Can’t wait to return, thank you for a fab weekend, made all the better by not having to whizz off this morning!

Excellent campsite, we were lucky enough to get a tent pitch with picnic table and a tree for shade. Good clean showers. Washing machine handy as we stayed a full week for
Cycling and walking. Leiston a great base for exploring Suffolk and very convenient for walking into town for groceries. Covid hygiene handled well with sanitising stations and anti bac spray in shower cubicles. Would stay again

Lovely site, well spread out. Spacious shower facilities, plenty of bins, sinks and waste points. A super kitchen with microwave, fridge and freezer for us to use.
Helpful friendly owners. Very Covid compliant. Great value for money!
Will definitely be returning to this site again!

Our family group had a lovely time at Applefields Camp site. It's such a relaxed and friendly site that it would be hard not to have a great time. Having camped in tents most of my life I appreciated the flat, well kept pitches along with the clean toilets and showers.
Well worth the visit.
More attention to noisy dogs would be my only sugeestion and negative comment - not a problem during the day but was irritating at night.

Great campsite with good amenities. Very central for the coadt and walking distance into Leiston. We have been before and will definitely use the site again.
I was pleased to see they are building extra toilet and shower facilities as the site was very busy, although there was a lot of mobile homes and caravans and people used their own facilities where the could.
