Had a weekend here. we where greeted by Sue & david with a cuppa and cake after a 7 1/2 drive from Newcastle. a great place to visit cardigan. has good toilets and showers and a small bar with excellent prices and cosy sitting area with a games room next door. flat field with hookup. has everything you could need for a camping break. also they do a cracking breakfast at a great price. will be using again when next in Wales. Thanks again sue & David for making us so welcome

Just came back from a weeks holiday rally. Nice site. Nice wide turn off on the road but can hear some noise from busy rd but not enough to keep you awake at night. We were on the rally field. Our pitch was large with as much room as we needed really, even let our rally officer put 2 gazebos up in the field. There are 3 showers and 3 loos not the hilton but clean. A washing up area with washing up liquid. Also a freezer that anyone can use. Campers tavern small but with bar good prices but very friendly with joining social room with pool table darts board fruit machine. Dogs are welcome and have dogs own waste bin but only the field to walk them on but beaches are close by, too many to pick from. We choose aberporth 5 mins drive in car dogs allowed all year round on the one side so we never had a problem. Cardigan 5 mile away nice town tesco co-op aldi corals bookies. Bootsale 5 mins drive away saturday and sunday also pub opposite. There's not much for kiddies only a tree swing but plenty room to run about. So all in all little great site. Good value for money. With the best owners david & sue you could wish for nothing is too much trouble. Proud to call them our friends :)

We stayed for two nights in March 2015. The site is very handy as it is located close to the main road with no winding, narrow lanes to fight your way down (although not close enough to the road for noise to be a problem).

The fields are kept neat and tidy with some hard standing pitches. The toilet facilities are fairly basic but clean and dry - very usable which is all that's needed!

The Campers Cabin bar is cosy and very good value, with great company found in the site owners, Dave and Sue!

They were fantastic hosts who can't do enough for their campers.

Can't fault this campsite. When we rang to say we were going to be late, the had no problems with it. They even waited outside the gate to make sure we didn't miss the entrance. Saturday, we were greeted with lemon drizzle cake. We spent Saturday night in the little bar. Pam's drink involves diet lemonade which they were happy to let her bring her own. I tried quite a few drinks on offer, very nice too and a good selection. Camp was very clean and tidy. Toilet block was well kept and clean. Cardigan is a really lovely town, plenty of shops and very friendly.

Our hosts were very friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Can't wait to go back, it could become our home from home.

'Wow' what can we say but absolutely fantastic! David and Sue made our holiday. They were so friendly, welcoming and helpful, even driving us into town and taking us on a scenic drive. The beaches, cliffs and views were beautiful. We have a motorhome and have stayed on hundreds of sites but we can honestly say this was our best one by far!The Campers tavern was an added bonus where we enjoyed a lovely FREE Curry meal and pint ( hot naan bread, sour cream and homemade lemon cake - Delicious! There was a pool table etc in a separate room for children to enjoy. We will definitely be returning. Thank you so much.

We stayed her for six nights last week and cant fault the place, cake and a welcomed cuppa on arrival the owners are very pleasant and made us feel very welcome. We stayed in a very large tent and no extra charge for the awning, the pitches are as large as you need and the facilities on site were good always seeing the owner cleaning and hot running water in the sinks were a bonus no charges for showers and there was a cabin for use to charge phones ect or escape to if the weather was bad. We thoroughly enjoyed this lovely camp and the kids had loads of fun playing with the other kids and it was ideally situated for us, we will definitely be back

Just returned from a weeks camping at Greenore, what can I say? Lovely warm welcome on arrival, within 5 minutes of arrival coffee and homemade ( delicious) lemon cake arrived. As myself and my daughter were struggling to put the tent up, the owner came to our assistance and with a fellow camper managed to put our tent up within 20 minutes. The owners were consistently helpful throughout our stay, nothing was too much trouble from directions to beaches and towns to a local cheap garage when I had to replace some tyres on my car. On third day of our stay construction work began to create a pathway and cycle track to Aberporth. Showers and toilets are adequate for a small campsite and not to forget the 'campers cabin' a welcome addition if you're staying in a tent. All in all a lovely campsite and we've already booked to go back in July.

Would highly recommend this site to all

Well done, thank you for such a lovely stay

Decided to go camping in March - not one of our better ideas? That said, we found the site perfectly adequate, clean shower block, clean toilets etc - we were the only tent there (surprise surprise)so we pitched wherever we wanted. We were welcomed with a mug of coffee and a delicious slice of homemade cake - a lovely touch we thought! The owner was very friendly and informative, as was his wife - 'nothing is too much trouble' kind of people.

The ONLY suggestion I would make would be to maybe add some lighting here and there as the site is pitch black at night - but that said I would definitely return again if we ever went camping in the area - a lovely place run by lovely people.

An absolutely fantastic site, it has all the usual facilities you expect at a campsite (taps in the field, fire bins, washing up, freezer, and showers) with the addition of a very nice little tearoom :D

But best of all by far has to be the owners, what a lovely couple, unbelievably helpful and friendly.

10/10 I will definitely return

Thankyou guys, see you again soon x

As per the other reviews really. This site is near the road but there is no one perimeter that runs along the road itself. The site runs away from road with trees/bushes creating a sound barrier anyway. The site owners are very hospitable (cake and cuppa correct as other remarks) The toilets are adequate as are the showers. You can have camp fires as well which is a bonus. Nice views of the rolling countryside and within easy reach of many brill beaches and only 10 - 15 minutes from Cardigan and all that has to offer including Aldi + other supermarkets etc. We had breakfast in the tea room on the morning we left which was lovely. Our kids (2 families thought it a novelty)
