1st of all we would like to thank Roger for all his help in sorting Taxis out for us and for being so friendly.
Also for the loan of the sat box, lovely and peaceful setting in North wales. I am a blind camper with my wife and I felt safe here! We used taxis for our days out into Llandudno and Colwyn bay with Amanda a friend of Rogers.

Just want to agree with previous reviews.
Showers and toilets basic but clean - never a queue.
Digital box provided for tv on arrival. Owner very helpful in unhitching caravan and levelling caravan on arrival.
Once off the main road the approach to site is very steep and sometimes very narrow so be aware. When we left the owner towed us and another caravan leaving at the same time to the main road.
Very good value at £13 per night. Lovely setting, lovely views, will be going back.

Just returned from a weekend break with the wife. What a lovely, quiet, little site. Owners are very friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Ideally located for surrounding towns. 10 pitches running alongside a little stream. Hot, powerful showers and separate toilets both very clean.
If you want a luxury shower block then this is not for you. The showers and toilets are in porta cabins and the showers are a little compact but they serve their purpose and for £13 a night I have no complaints. There are no hidden extras! Just booked again for 2 weeks in August. Can't wait.

We stayed here in June 2015 in our camper van, on arrival the owner was waiting for us and was very helpful, lovely setting by the stream, showers and toilets very clean and close, access is steep but OK if you're careful, good base for north Wales coast and Llandudno is lovely and well worth a visit. We will return soon

Stayed last weekend for three nights, with my husband and dog, well what can I say, ticked all the boxes for us, peaceful and quiet, spacious pitch, surrounded by beautiful countryside and only 10 pitches.
Only second time out with our caravan, but even though inexperienced didn't have any problems getting down to the site, or back up, but Roger was around to help, if it was needed and their to greet us and help pitch the caravan.
Shower and toilets basic, but clean and functional, all we needed, no TV reception, but Debbie brought us a sky box, all pitches have sky hook up, perfect, the husband was able watch the match on Sunday.
Don't know what more I can say, we will be back and have indeed already booked, thank you Debbie and Roger for a lovely stay.

Stayed for a week with our three dogs, site lovely and peaceful and facilities basic but plenty good enough for us. TV worked well with the satellite box provided. Telephone reception was ok on T mobile but not on vodaphone.
Good place to camp for lots of places to visit within easy reach. The owner was very helpful.

This is a lovely place to stay set in countryside with lovely views, but very handy for Llandudno and lots of things to do in the region. All the pitches are in a line alongside a lovely stream, and we (being there for the longest) were given the lowest pitch looking out at the ducks and the duck house, which we really enjoyed. We also enjoyed seeing riding lessons taking place. There are 2 showers each for men and women, and separate toilet facilities for both, all kept spotlessly clean. Fresh free range eggs are also available. Roger couldn't have been more friendly and helpful, and any problems were put right instantly. TV hookup was offered if we had wanted it. Being new to towing a caravan, I thought entry to the site seemed a bit scary as it was down quite a steep slope, but when we arrived Roger was quick to let us know that he is very happy to tow everyone out to the top of the hill, so we never worried about leaving, and all was fine! A lovely site and we have happy memories of a great week, and all very good value.

Myself and my wife visited this site for 2 nights on 14 June and we stayed on until 22 June. It is a very nice quiet relaxing site and Mr Edwards was very helpful. The site is convenient for visiting anywhere along the coast or snowdonia. We made full use of this visiting, Llandudno, Conway, Abergele, Llanfaifechan, Colwyn bay, Bodnant Gardens, etc. We will return

This site is a jewel in the crown of sites. We have stayed at this site three times when it was a CL site with the Caravan Club. The site is peaceful. Access is ok with care, there are some narrow lanes on the approach and a big hill to climb so you need a good clutch! When you leave the site exit there is a very steep hill to climb, if you are put off by this don't be because the owner will tow your caravan up to the top of the hill onto level ground.
The facilities are basic but good, plenty of hot water for showers and they along with the toilets are kept clean daily. The site is a working farm and the owners dogs run loose so keep your awning zipped up, they will come in and and have a rummage!
The owners are very friendly and helpful. The site is rural but fairly close to LLandudno, approx 6 miles, which has a nice long pier to walk along. Mobile phone reception is hit and miss but if you climb to the top of the bank it normalcy works, tv reception only works via satellite which is free and a box is supplied if you don't have one.
I cant really fault this site. The only criticism is the tree's, the hard standings are under the tree's and when it rains if you are a light sleeper you could be affected by the leaves dripping on your caravan roof, so the branches could be trimmed. We intend going back again this year. If you want a quite basic site then I would recommend it. Almost forgot there is a nice stream that runs alongside your caravan which is nice and relaxing. Enjoy !
