Found this site almost by accident.
Very pleased when we got there, small site but large pitches and the freedom to choose our own pitch. The facilities are very good and the owners (relatively new) are busy updating it all the time. The site is clean and well looked after by very friendly staff with adequate showers / toilet / washing up facilities, we loved the 2 swimming pools!
The owners who are English are very welcoming and go out of their way to ensure you enjoy your stay - nothing is too much trouble!
We were only there for 6 nights and would gladly have stayed longer as there is so much in the area to do / see - we only scratched the surface.
Will definitely be back!

This was our second stay, the first being Spring 2012 and it suited us so perfectly we had to return. It is a beautiful site with many mature trees and lots of grass with a parklike feel, yet drains well (we were worried about this as there had been masses of rain before we arrived). The pitches are all marked but because they are so spacious there is a pleasant randomness to the arrangement of the units (we are not keen on serried ranks of caravans in a row!) The trees break up the view and there are several areas split up by walls and by the crystal clear stream (the Ruisseau in the name) in which our dog loves to paddle to cool down. Electricity is available throughout as far as I know.
There are two sanitary blocks and the showers in the reception block have been recently renovated making them very satisfactory with plenty of hooks to keep things off the floor. There is a washing machine which requires liquid, not powder (catching me out as I had only taken powder with me) and a drying line.
The owners, Nigel and Jenny Young, took the site over a couple of years ago and are energetically improving it. There is a smart bar area with seating inside and out and they provide a really superb menu du jour at lunchtime - 3 courses including wine and coffee. We took regular advantage of these meals and the quality was excellent with great variety. On Fridays and at weekends they offer pizzas in the evenings which are some of the best we have had anywhere. Croissants, pain au chocolat and bread can all be booked at reception for the next morning, and the bar is open all day for drinks and ice-creams.
For us good dog walking is key to happiness on a site and there are wild flower meadows owned by Nigel and Jenny where a dog can run about, and a short walk along the road takes you down to the river Lot on a farm track with dog swimming opportunities. There are many other longer walks locally although these do all include rough stony paths due to the limestone terrain. Good footwear essential!
We didn't use the swimming pool but it looked lovely.
There are lots of interesting places to visit nearby.
All in all it ticks all our boxes and we shall be back next year, all being well!

A great rural site in a tranquil valley. Wake up to the sound of the cuckoo and the babbling brook through the site. Large pitches and clean hot showers. In May the pool is not open but it looks like a lovely place to cool off in the summer. There is also a bar and restaurant which opens later in the season. English owners makes it easy for those of us who don't speak French well! Definitely recommend.
