Stayed over to be close to the ferry port.
Great site, spotless, and great to be able to arrive late and leave early without disturbing anyone.
Toilets were so clean
Would highly recommend

Only stayed overnight after ferry crossing from France before travelling home the next day up North.
The site is very handy for the ferry crossings and I was extremely impressed with how clean the shower and toilet facilities was, even had soap, air fresheners and cleaning products in the pot washing room.
I would have loved to have stayed longer to explore the area as its so close to the sea with lots of nice walks from talking to some of the people staying on site.
We even encountered wild foxes which was a little noisy at night time but still slept soundly as its a very quiet access road and has a pub close by but sadly it didn't stay open late on a week night possibly because of lack of trade.
Will use again for sure.

After reading direction instructions was wary that we would miss it, but directions were excellent.
Pitch was fine with hardstanding, then an area of grass with a picnic table with the number of your pitch. Enough space to put up an awning.
The water point and refuse area was by the entrance.
The facilities were good, modern and clean, and the shower was great.
Information hut had plenty of leaflets for the area.
Had hoped to go to IOW, but the festival was on.
Local common was an easy walk away for dogs, and if you turned left there was the Jolly Farmer pub, which apparently did good food.
Wish I had booked for longer, as there was plenty to see in area.

Only an overnight stay but could have stayed for much longer.
Lovely welcome and absolutely spotless facilities with the best showers we have ever found on a site.
Loved the tourist info space with the book swap.
Excellent.

This little site was a brilliant find with one of the best showers that we’ve had on a site (and they’re improving them even more).
Walking distance to bus stops, pubs and small supermarkets.

What a gem of a site.
The pitches are flat hardstanding, but all have grassed area and picnic table
The toilets are 5 star …. FABULOUS…. Full equipped and immaculately clean.
It’s a 15 minute stroll to Warsash village with 3 pubs, bakery, Co op, coffee shops and takeaways
Walk another 5 minutes through the village to the river front near the marina on the Hamble…beautiful.
There’s a nearby bus 5x that takes you to Southampton, Fareham and Portsmouth.
Even close the Jolly Farmer PH (5/10 mins. )
Debbie, the Warden is friendly and welcoming.
I recommend it without any reservations.
We will be back

Very helpful people. Perfect place If you catching the ferry to France or Spain.
Quiet. It’s close enough to make the ferry without a long drive yet far enough away not to be noisy.
