 A lovely, open field with views across farmland to Belvoir Castle. New toilet block with 3 toilets & sinks in separate cubicles to a high standard, no showers. Pitches are spacious with neat hedging & newly planted trees. Plenty of taps. Easy walk into Redmile with a brilliant playground. The Windmill pub does fantastic food. There are other pubs in local villages but we didn't visit these. The sheep & goats were an unexpected surprise for our children, who also enjoyed 'fossil hunting' on a soil bank. Close to canal. Very pleasant area for walking or cycling, especially the loop around the castle. You would need to drive to a shop, or bring everything with you. Owners friendly & efficient. £9. 50 per night, £12 with electric. We will be returning!
