A little jewel. All units overlook a lake. Owners very friendly and helpful. Lovely small café and bar on site. Small heated pool. Lake has a small beach area and some play equipment. Showers toilets etc. Very clean, modern and well kept. Good motorhome service point. Dogs accepted. Nearby village (walking distance) has boulangerie, cafe and small supermarket. Railway station approximately 1 mile away. Approach via village (only way) well signposted and a lot easier than it looks. Our 2. 3 metre wide motorhome went through with ease and we saw a number of quite large outfits motorhomes and caravans on site. Handy for the autoroute and good for overnight or longer stays. ACSI in low season.

We received a warm welcome & were asked to choose any pitch apart from a few which had been re-seeded. All the pitches were of a good size, & we chose one overlooking the lake.
The campsite was well cared for, with excellent, clean sanitaires. The showers were of good size & there was plenty of hot water.
The site is very convenient as a stop-over, although the access road through the village looks narrow, it is alright. When leaving the site, there is another road to the village & it seems as though the locals have an unofficial one-way system.
It is only a short walk into the village with its post office, church & doctor etc.
Altogether a cracking little site in a good position.

We have visited this area through work and always admired this location. Having recently retired we thought it ideal timing to try out this camp site. We certainly were not disappointed.
Following a warm welcome we were told to take our pick of available pitches and make ourselves at home. We ended up overlooking the beautiful lake and peaceful track that surrounds it.
The site is kept in immaculate condition with facilities to match. Throughout our stay we were made welcome both on site and in the village of St. Germain which has a wonderful little church, several shops and a smattering of bars and restaurants.
We would most definitely recommend this site to anyone wishing to stay in this lovely area of France.

Arrived here in the rain, pitched up looking over the lake. Toilets super clean and well looked after. Swimming pool was brilliant lots of stuff outside site swimming in lake, tennis courts and playground for kids. People fishing in lake. You can walk to town for a meal, intermarche 5 miles away. Site manager and his assistant were superb, nothing too much trouble. Really big pitches, we were more than impressed here. And the rain went away after day one. Two weeks and no mozzies.

We stayed for one night on the way down. Friendly welcome when we arrived. We had a lovely good sized pitch overlooking the lake and near the toilet block. The toilet block was very clean and the showers were hot. The swimming pool is at the entrance and was welcome after a hot drive. The walk round the lake was lovely. We'd go back. We enjoyed wandering round the village, just a shame the Church was closed.

Found this gem of a site on way home just 10 minutes from j42 a20. Road through village very tight and thought I was on wrong road but site clearly marked. Site on 2 levels over looking small lake with houses at back of site. Has a small toilet block kept clean and showers was hot. Has a bar and snack bar open in high season. Each pitch is hedged and very peaceful. Only stayed I night stop over. Outside site entrance there is a small play park used by the locals and there is fishing allowed in lake.
