I have stayed on this campsite on a couple of occasions, both at busy and quiet times, and would recommend it to anyone! The owners son and fiancée were married Whitsun 2012, and at an extremely busy time of year (the Queens Jubilee and an extended Bank Holiday) the owners did their utmost to ensure everyone on the site was settled in and happy. There was a garden party the day after the wedding, and the owner came down and offered wedding cake to everyone, which we thought was a lovely touch.
We visited again on August Bank Holiday when the owners organised a sports afternoon for everyone that wanted to join in. They provide sweets for the children, and let them run off the sugar overload with sack racing, bike rides, etc. We later found out that this is an annual event which also raises funds for the RNLI. At busy periods the toilet blocks (which are being are being revamped ready for 2013) are cleaned twice daily, and all hot water is free.
The owners live on the site, so are available at all times, and keep a keen eye on everyone - they knew all the children by name. The site is on the Teifi River, which provides stunning walks, and access to fishing. There was acres of dog walks, a large ball play area, swings, slide, and a wooden climbing frame, which must have been very sturdy with all the children playing on it. The children were allowed to play on bikes, but not after dark. Everyone was very friendly from the owners to fellow campers. Definitely going back this year and looking forward to using the new heated toilet block. Wishing them a busy season for 2013.

We arrived on what was always going to be a busy weekend, and the site was packed! The owner showed us where we could pitch by pointing to the area from their house which is at the top of a drive!, we didn't see the owner for the rest of our stay. There was very little room between pitches and it did feel a little on top of each other. The warden/owner is on site although they live in a house which is a distance from the campsite with a fairly steep drive down. This did not prevent the noise from the owners house travelling to the campsite though. On the first night, they must have been having a party I think, as at nearly midnight, we could hear the tune of Bon Jovi rocking out! It didn't really set a good example!
There is a small play area for children, but it does need maintenance, the rope ladder is badly frayed in some areas, some quite high up, and therefore has the potential for a nasty accident. There is a games rooms, which is basically a giant shack with a snooker table in. I stuck my head in the doorway and found groups of older children hanging around in there, which was quite intimidating.
The site is a great location for many of the surrounding areas, and it could be a gem of a place but it does need rules enforcing. Another night, there were young children racing around on scooters at gone 11pm. The toilets were cleaned daily, although with the amount of people staying, it did quickly become unclean, the weather conditions not helping either.
The site was cheap for us to stay, it was £18 a night for 6 of us including EHU, and I would consider staying there again if nothing else was available, but it would not be a choice to go back.
