We arrived at this lovely little site on one of the most rainy days of May. Upon arrival the young lady who dealt with us was very helpful. She realised our concerns that there being all grass pitches it may not be suitable. We booked in and drove to our pitch to find the ground remarkably solid considering it was grass. It rained and rained and rained all day and all night. We got a bit concerned that it may be boggy so we dared to venture outside to find the ground a little sodden. In view of this we decided to cut our stay a little short. We aired our concerns about the weather and the grass and the owners son willingly gave us a refund of the following nights fee. No problem at all.
The site itself is in a lovely spot with a bus stop into Stratford opposite the entrance. Lovely well kept grass pitches with hook ups. Nice en suite type facilities which were adequate, but could have been kept cleaner, a mop would have been handy along with loo roll. Apparently they have put in planning permission for hardstanding which will make the site more accessible to caravans and motorhomes alike.
We cant wait to return as the food in the hotel looked delicious and we would like to enjoy the area too.
There is road noise from the road that runs alongside the site, but very minimal and certainly very quiet at night. It didn't bother us at all.
Just a note! Please don't go to this site as we would like to keep it a big secret all to ourselves.
Lovely place, friendly staff, very understanding and professional owners. **********

Large field with five hook ups, plenty of room between. We booked for two nights only to be told that the price had gone up from £12 per night to £18. There was one small toilet/shower room, the floor was dirty when we got there and was never cleaned the entire time we were there. There was never any toilet paper, there was a dirty duster to dry your hands. The shower head was held in place with electrical tape and the shower curtain had mould stains all over. Someone had had a shower so we had to paddle. We didn't try the pub. Overall very overpriced.

Great location for Stratford upon Avon with added advantage of being next to a pub. Pub food is at the higher end of the price scale as is the beer and nothing else within the immediate area. Stratford is only 1. 5 miles away with all that you will need.
Single washroom / toilet available was clean and had no problem with access during our stay, road noise is a nuisance and seems to continue throughout the night, no problems with freesat, flat grass pitches 5 with EHU.
Nothing for the kids other than grass area in front of the caravans but what do you want for £12.00 per night

Visited over the Bank Holiday weekend as a party of 4 units. As per the other review the toilet/ shower is limited but not a problem as there was only one other unit on site.
Friends ate at the pub and said food was good - we cooked in our caravan.
Found walk into Stratford via footpath and got taxis back in the evening.
Reasonable rate and good location. Will visit again to complete tour of Stratford.

This site is a field next to the pub, 10 pitches with hook up and possibly more without hook up. Each of the 10 pitches has plenty of room and there is a light to each pitch. There is just 1 room with 1 toilet, 1 shower and 1 wash basin, shared by men and women so if someone is having a shower you have to wait to use the toilet!
Also to get to this room you have to walk past all the rubbish and bins from the pub and left over building materials. The campsite is right next to a main road so if you are sitting outside you may get some road noise. However at £12 per night for 2 adults and 2 dogs including electric I still thought this was good value.
The pub is pleasant and it has a dining area attached that served a carvery (however this had ended by 8:30 when we came to eat) and a full menu. Many of the main courses included a visit to the salad bar, which I enjoyed.
The pub includes a B&B and it felt a bit like the campsite was just an extra side line and we seemed to be treated differently to other guests.
The centre of Stratford is about 3 miles away and there is a bus stop right outside the site. However a man on the next pitch gave us a lift into Stratford and we intended to get the last bus back (7:20) but this bus never came so the bus service doesn't seem very reliable
