What a lovely site!
The toilet and shower facility is well maintained and clean!
We had originally booked 4 nights, however due to own circumstances we could only stay 3 the owner was understanding and was happy enough to change the booking to 3 nights, which we were very grateful of.
The owner checked in on us each day just make sure all was good!
Would recommend.
Thank you

Really lovely place, quiet and spacious. Field is well mowed and flat with well spaced pitches. Loads of space for kids to kick a ball about and play. Loo block is ok, clean with nice hot water, but the ladies shower did get grim by the end of the day.
Nice to have a wash room with fridge and freezer as we don't have electric hook up. Downside is that there were no spare electric sockets in the wash room or loo block at all - everything was hard wired in so if you are camping there is no where to charge a phone.
On returning home I checked their website to find we'd been overcharged. We were charged for EHU too which was annoying. I suspected this was the case at the time but we only saw the owner briefly when we first arrived and it seemed petty questioning it over £3/night difference.
Overall however, a nice site in a good location

This was our first experience of a CS site and we weren’t disappointed, having only stayed on (expensive) CCC club sites before.
Fantastic location, very large flat field, excellent facilities with bonus of washing machine, we had a great time and wouldn’t hesitate returning.
Owners not on site but very helpful and responsive to messages and emails

Recently returned from this site and will definitely return. Booked the day before the journey the owner was very helpful.
On arrival we noticed the site was spotless, flat and really inviting.
Facilities were well located and wherever your pitch not to far to walk, they were kept in clean condition, with really hot water.
The site is quite small which we liked as it never became overcrowded, hookups were reliable with no problem with trip outs.
We highly recommend.
If I could rate value for money it would be 11/10. Lol

We have just returned from our 2nd visit this year after visiting earlier during May half term.
All as previous review but new soap dispensers and an automatic air freshener have been introduced to the ladies & mens toilets.
Yet again we can only give this site the thumbs up!
Trevor & family will definitely return again in the near future.

We chose this site as we wanted to visit somewhere not too far from home, to venture out as 1st time caravanners (formerly campers) with 2 children aged 13 & 4 years.
What a perfect little site it is too and excellent pitch tariffs.
Perfect location to visit Norwich, Wroxham, The Broads, North Norfolk.
On arrival there is a code locked barrier for security (code given on confirmation of pitch)
Lovely level grassed field where you can choose where to pitch around the perimeter, leaving the centre of the field perfect for children/families and dogs to play.
We played many games of badminton and flying of kites!
Facilities-
The facilities are within a porta cabin which has been cladded with wood which makes it look so much nicer and fitting to the environment.
1 internal kitchen, 2 external washing up sinks under cover
Lovely tidy bin/recycle area, waste disposal points (set in a little garden type area)
Drinking water point
In the mens there are 2 toilets & 2 urinals, 2 sinks, soap dispenser, 1 hand dryer & shower.
In the ladies there is only 1 toilet, 1 sink, soap dispenser, hand dryer, hair dryer & a shower.
I have to say I wasn't sure about the lack of ladies facilities before we arrived, but to be honest it wasn't a problem.
There was never a queue and were attended twice a day by the owners
The owners are also currently awaiting planning permission to extend the facilities, so a thunmbs up from us :)
Also a lovely thought is a little information shed with books/magazines to borrow and local tourist leaflets of places to see and visit.
The best thing about this site for us, was that it only takes a small amount of units, no over crowding, no excessive noise or rowdiness. Just perfect :)

Just returned from a 3 night stay at this great site, we have 3 dogs and there was plenty of room to exercise them on the field, and make a small garden for them in front of the motor home. There was 3 other units on site when we arrived but we had plenty of choice where to pitch without over crowding. All amenities where spotlessly clean. Information was readily available with a local map of walks which took us through the woods and along some country lanes. We will most definitely return to this site as it was just what we wanted peace and quiet for a few days rest. There was also a number to contact 24/7 if assistance needed.

My family and I, husband and 17 year old son WILL definitely be returning to this site. Very handy placed, just outside Norwich and equal distance between the North Norfolk coast and the Norfolk Broads. Lovely small site with clean and well looked after shower and toilet block, washing machine available for small fee and free use of fridge/freezer for ice packs etc. Basically a field but some shrubs etc been planted to improve the look, pitches nice and roomy and would imagine even when full would not feel crammed in, lots of space for kids and dogs if you have them, but also good for those of us who don't and don't want to holiday with them!
Lovely owners, who are very open to any suggestions to improve the site and are willing to chat when not too busy and happy to greet you when they are. They live on site when they have people stayimg and add to the feeling of security. Also sent a lovely Christmas card!
Would like to see this site do well to reflect the effort the owners have put in so far, this is how camping should be!

My son found this camp site for me when I decided to visit. At first I was doubtful because it was so cheap but I found the camp site very clean,
The owners where very helpful,
Toilets and showers where very very clean. My grandson felt safe and was very happy here as it was his first camping experience.
Congratulations to the owners for a well run site.
I will be back here as it was only 20 mins from city centre Thanks for a lovely stay
