The Lake is 1 acre and is well stocked with all types of fish (mixed fishery), it is beside the River Nene also.
There is electric hook up, Showers, toilets and elsan disposal.
Canoe hire is also on the same site.
There is a well stocked farm shop with lots of local produce. Try the locally produced ice cream, and the lovely toffee sundae, very fattening but very delicious. The owners are very helpful and nothing is too much trouble.
Nearest town for shopping is Rushden which is just up the road, the opposite direction there is Irthlingborough which has some lovely takeaway's (Indian, Chinese)
Dogs are welcome, (we have 4!) however you are asked to walk them off site, which is no problem as there is an 80 acre lake next door which you can walk them round.
Plenty of parking and fairly even ground for tents.
It is very peaceful and quiet here and we love it.
It is one of the best value camping sites we have ever been to.
We have rated it 10 out of 10, because we are totally satisfied with it,
We will be coming back soon.
