Had a stay here for a week, made perfect for being such a lovely place to stay. The owners must be very proud of it which shows in how immaculately they keep everything. Lots of nice touches. Well recommended.
Did not have children but there were toys there for them and it seemed like they were very welcome.
Loved the talkative sheep.
Appreciated the dog walk which was very clean. Well done dog owners. Teresa and Mick Gibbs

Lester and Linda Parmer of the above is a great place for a holiday. We been 4 times now and we keep going back. You're not far from Norwich and all the seaside towns. We love it to chill out after a week at work. Thanks for having us and looking after us and going out of your way. We would recommend this place to our friends.

We spent 11 nights here heading up to the August bank holiday.
Well drained site with 12 pitches all with EHU, for 14 quid. Very slight slope except for the bottom by the road.
M & F toilet at bottom of site along with CDP and fresh water plus a unisex toilet and separate shower along with kitchen sink in the stable at the top end of the site.
Linda & Lester are a lovely couple who live on-site during the summer and work hard to keep the place spotless.
There is also a rally field adjacent.
Plenty to do in the area with the site being so central. Only 12 miles from Wells and French's fabulous Fish & Chips, less than that to Holt and the North Norfolk Railway which will take you to Sheringham for 12 quid per adult. Around the same distance to Dereham where you can travel on the Mid-Norfolk Railway. Steam fans are spoilt for choice!
Plenty of cycling, walking and green laning in the area, Tesco and Morrison 5 miles away in Fakenham along with another good Chippie opposite the Tesco but beware it's closed Monday's, shuts at 9pm Tues/Weds and 9:30 on Thurs, Fri and Sat, while Sun is 8. 30.
Little bit of road noise and a haulage yard a couple of fields down but hey, life goes on while I'm on my hols.
Definitely going back.

We stayed at Four Acre farm as a last minute decision. It was a great decision. This is small and well maintained site. It has a shower block, with toilet and washing up facilities. It also has separate toilets. There are electric hook up points at all of the pitches. It is a great flat site and the pitch size is very generous. The campsite owners are extremely helpful and friendly, which makes your holiday very enjoyable. The local area is stunningly beautiful. My husband and I did a lot of cycling in the local area and we passed through one beautiful village after another! There are shops, pubs and restaurants in the local town of Fakenham. It was also within cycling distance of Walsingham. We would highly recommend this campsite

We returned to this site again this year, following a very happy two weeks last year. This is one of my favourite sites. Perfectly flat, good pegging ground. The facilities are wonderful, in a timber building, they were kept perfectly clean, and no more than a 30 second walk from any of the pitches.
The owners welcomed us like friends, and even put a karaoke on for us all. What a wonderful evening. We were genuinely sad to be leaving at the end of our stay.
I would return to this site in an instant, there is plenty to do in the area, especially for our little ones. Dinosaur adventure was a particular favourite.
Do take your bicycle, as there are lots of little villages and a nearby adventure playground within cycling distance. I had many enjoyable dawn rides before the kids were up.
I really do recommend this site. Loved it!

Lovely well kept site within easy reach of most of the Norfolk attractions. The toilets and free shower were well maintained and at £12. 50 a night you can't go wrong. If using a Sat Nav and approaching from the Fakenham direction it will tell you that you have arrived but you need to go on for another 200/300 yards. Also my sat nav kept sending me down very narrow roads. Could be a problem if you have a large unit. Keep to the main road. It's a bit further but easier to navigate.
Walsingham is worth a visit and if you like steam railways you're spoilt for choice. We went on the mid Norfolk one which goes from Dereham to Wymondham. At £10 return we thought it good value.

We had a very pleasant week on this small CL, just enough facilities for everyone including a small park for children. Nice site to look at, clean and tidy and the owner, Les, could not be more helpful. He even tracked down the fault with my water pump and fixed it. Nice, quiet location, about 10 minutes from Morrisons and shops in Fakenham but very central to a lot of good places to visit in all directions. We would go back without any hesitation, just £12. 50 a night for all the space you could want.
