 We have recently come back from a weekend camping at the Leen where we had a wonderful time. Upon arrival the owners were very friendly and indicated we could pitch our tent where ever we wanted to. We chose a spot which had easy access to the river and was perfect for us and the dogs to paddle in. There was only us and 2 other caravans the whole weekend so we had plenty of space and privacy. The cows walked past our field twice a day on route for milking which was lovely to watch. It would be great if the owners could provide shower facilities but it wouldn't stop us camping here again. This really is a lovely campsite and we will definitely be returning!

 We have used this site on the River Arrow on a number of occasions. Previously it was a CL, but has now expanded to offer more pitches.

Pitches are reasonably flat with EHU. No sanitation is available. Unless children are the outdoor type, not much for them to do, but if they use their imagination they can have loads of fun.

Surroundings are very nice and one can go for long walks across the countryside. You can walk along the river Arrow into the town where there are 3 pubs all serving food at reasonable prices. On Saturdays there is a small farmer's market behind the New Inn.

Eardisland and Leominster are only 10 - 15 minutes away by car. Elan valley is about an hour's drive away and well worth the visit.

We will definitely be returning again and again!
