This is a small and lovely campsite next to Fiskerton Fen Nature reserve. The owners are friendly and helpful. The toilet block is small, 1 toilet, 1 shower, 1 sink for washing and 1 sink for pots - but all clean and well maintained. The shower is free and hot. The site is level with 5 electric hook-ups and it's very easy to put tent pegs in.
There is a small but good climbing frame and swing set for children.
Eggs, jam and chutney (all made by the owners or their hens and ducks) are available on site and next year they hope to have a micro-brewery operating.
The nearest pub is the Tyrwhitt Arms in Short Ferry. This serves a mobile home park. It has real ales most weekends and does food until 9pm. We didn't visit the pub in Fiskerton but we're told that it is good.
You can get onto the Viking Way which runs the other side of the river between Lincoln and Boston by going to Fiskerton about 2 miles) or Bardney (about 6 miles). It's a nice ride on a bike with lots of birds and artworks.

Lovely, quiet, easy to find site situated next to a nature reserve. The electric hook ups at this site are in the field nearest to the facility block and furthest away from the road. There are two picnic benches and a small play area with a couple of swings and a slide for young children. There were, however, no children when we were there and we were lucky enough to have the non-electric hook up field to ourselves. The facilities could have been cleaner, but they were good: a washing up sink with very hot water(good for filling up hot water bottles in the colder months), a shower with a mirror and lots of hooks (always useful, had an honesty box- 50p per shower), toilet and separate sink cubicle with an electric socket, hooks and a mirror. There is a notice board and leaflets detailing local attractions. Eggs, jam and cucumbers were for sale. Ideally situated for the River Witham and Water Railway, Limewoods and abbey remains such as Tupholme. I would camp here again.

Stayed here for 3 nights in August. Field was very well sheltered and very rural. Freshly laid eggs and home made jams were available to buy at the Farmhouse (which also does B & B). Helpful owners. Facilities adequate situated in a small block within a barn.
Excellent location with easy access for the Lincoln to Boston cycle route (off road). Nice steady 7 miles straight into Lincoln. Woodhall Spa is approx. 10 miles, well worth a visit. Nearby village of Bardney has good Heritage centre with café. Pubs. Good Co-op convenience store and award winning Pie shop/Butchers is a must!
We will be returning in the future.

Nice level well organised site. Large play area for children including swings, slide etc. Washroom has a sink, basin, shower and toilet for campers and is always nice and clean. Socket for hair drier is also there. Site operators are pleasant and helpful. Site is well located on a bus route and is only 8 miles from Lincoln city and also located next to a nature reserve with access to riverside walks.
