Immaculate campsite in lovely surroundings.
Clean, good shower/toilet facilities.
There is a nice cafe on site.
Just a short walk into Henley-on-Thames, which has lots of places to eat and lovely riverside walks.
Easy to book over the phone with a friendly receptionist and they were able to accommodate our late arrival time.

I found this campsite to be faultless.
Great location - 10 mins walk into Henley,
Extremely well maintained and cleaned facilities,
Loads of room between pitches, and a super pool.
I can wholeheartedly recommend this site.

To find site:- Exit Henley on the Marlow Road. Pass Henley Rugby Club on the left and Swiss Farm is about 100 metres further on the left. If approaching from the M40 leave the A404 at Marlow and take A4155 towards Henley, Swiss farm is just past the CMC site on the right.
Swiss Farm is a large site on the outskirts of the delightful riverside town of Henley on Thames. It is a beautifully landscape terraced park is set some way back from the Marlow Road so road noise is not an issue.
In total there are 129 pitches for caravans and motorhomes, of which 39 are seasonal. Of the rest the majority are on hardstandings with only about a dozen on grass.
Within the hardstanding there are several categories from just a standard hardstanding with no facilities, other than electrics, up to fully serviced. They also vary in size so it is important to check the sizes available when booking.
Minor levelling might be required on some pitches. The ampage to each pitch is 10 amp on standard pitches and 16 amp on fully serviced. All connections use CEE17 blue plugs. Bollards also have a co-ax TV connector which is free to use.
We found it only gave the main TV stations rather than the many extra digital channels you tend to get these days and we did get a bit of picture break up. However, we didn’t test our built-in aerial to see how that compared.
On the fully serviced pitches the facilities are on the side of the pitch so connections don’t have to be that long. Beyond the touring part of the site there are large tent fields, some pitches with access to electrics.
There are two excellent toilet blocks at either end of the site. Both have dishwash facilities and the lower block has a laundry. Water points are dotted around the site for those pitches which are not serviced.
Chemical emptying points are at both toilet blocks and another standalone one half way between the two. For motorhomes there is a drive over waste point not far from the site entrance. At the higher toilet block there is a dog wash facility.
The reception building contains a small shop selling some essentials as well has some camping bits and toys. Entrance to the site is by ANPR and details of your pitch are provided the day before arrival by email if you book rather than turn up speculatively so no need to actually visit reception if you don’t need to.
There is a nice café/bar opening onto a terrace in front of the swimming pool (EC) and alongside a play area for younger children. The café does very nice lunches during the week and has longer hours at the weekend. The coffee is excellent.
There is site WiFi throughout the site which is free to use and during our stay I found it quite fast. There is a large sports field for older children to use. Along the back of the site is a massive dog walk although dogs must be on leads.
There is a small fishing lake in one corner of the site, it also has seats if you just want to sit and take in the view.
The delightful town Henley on Thames is only a 10/15-minute walk from the campsite. There numerous options for eating out and for food shopping there is an excellent Waitrose in the town centre. Marlow is about 8 miles away and there is a bus from directly outside the site entrance.
Also being situated in the Thames Valley there are endless opportunities for day trips and boat trips. Also, London is a possible day trip with several stations within easy reach of the site.

Every thing that needs to be said about this site has already been said in previous reviews. We agree with those that rate this site highly. Not much more to be said. We could add that there is constant music being played in the toilet blocks, a great feature for obvious reasons.
Great location for strolling into Henley. Very clean and excellent facilities. Train to Windsor takes about 40 minutes with a couple of changes. Bus stop to Marlow outside camp gates.
Recommended.

Beautiful campsite surrounded by nature with spotlessly clean facilities.
We loved the easy access to Henley on Thames and seeing majestic Red Kites overhead!
The campsite restaurant was lovely but very pricey.
We are thinking of rebooking when the pool is open.
Would highly recommend.

An excellent site no more than 10 mins walk from the centre of Henley-on-Thames. Everything is very well maintained and the staff are very pleasant and helpful. Easy access off the A4155 Marlow Road.
We had a fully serviced pitch with water, waste and TV point which we tend to go for if available. Details of your pitch number are sent via email before your arrive.
Therefore you can drive straight in as they have a number plate recognition system at the gate and go to your allocated pitch to set up. They come and visit you after a while to say hello or ring you if they are busy on reception. Pitches are large, gravel hardstanding and mostly flat but on some you will need chocks.
There is a bar and restaurant on site which we did not use but it looked very good. We chose to eat in Henley-on-Thames which has a lot of choice, we had lunch at The Angel on the Bridge which we would recommend.
There are two excellent facilities blocks with everything you need and heated in colder weather. For motorhomers there is a Motorhome Service Point by the entrance.
Lots of wildlife on site but the Red Kites steel the show they are amazing.
Overall we had an excellent stay at Swiss Farm and Henley-on-Thames is a nice place and we would happily recommend both and will return many times in the future.
