Our first camping trip as a family ( 2 adults, 2 children and a dog )and couldn`t have wished for a better introduction to holidays under canvas. The site was easy to find with good access to the camping field. A warm welcome from the owners from the minute we arrived. The boys loved the lambs which had recently been born. The site is within walking distance to Thirsk with its small shops and cafes ( there is also a large Tesco opposite the racecourse which is ideal for supplies )Ideal location for visiting North Yorkshire ( Fountains abbey well worth a visit )All in all a great stay over the Easter weekend !
