Only stayed one night and did not use facilities so review is limited. We had a very pleasant stay.
It's a small farm site with on site lovely cafe and plants sales. Quiet despite being close to railway. Owner very helpful and friendly.
Good pubs in Rainford village and one very near by with children's playground.
We will go back when in the area.

We used this site to visit Liverpool, ideal as it has a small train station next door.
A small tidy site with showers and toilet, water and elsan point. The owner is very friendly and the site kept tidy with short grass. Pub opposite has good beers and food.
10 out of 10.

This is a simple, well presented and cared for site. There are about 6 electricity hook ups. The toilets (2) and showers (2), are amongst the best I have used. Lots of hot water, very clean, roomy and even flowers. There are no play facilities provided. There is no shop on site. The site is really well located for visiting Liverpool as it is next to a small station which is 35 minutes travel into the city centre. It's a 3 minutes walk to an excellent pub with good food and live music 4 times per week.

Just back from a 4 night stay at this lovely peaceful site, it's a ideal base for Liverpool, Southport and surrounding areas there is train station next to the site trains to Liverpool every hour. A cycle route didn't have time to use on this visit, also The Junction pub across the road good food lovely Sunday lunch and live music most nights. Back to the site Jeanette is a lovely lady very helpful if and when or just leaves you to get on with it, to shower, toilet block is very clean 1shower 1toilet for ladies and the same for gents plenty of room and a pot washing sink and large vanity mirror with electric sockets everything you need. The views are lovely open fields a few horses, chickens knocking about. We paid £14 a night with electric excellent site well done Jeanette will be back x

Well what can I say, what a lovely friendly little site very covienient for everything. You can even get your bedding plant whist you are here, very relaxed stay wish we could of stayed longer. The shower is all new and kept in great order by the site and the visitors, good views across the lush green fields.
Hope to see you again thanks, Nick & Lisa

Great site, quiet with good basic facilities, clean and modern
Have known the owners many years and always very friendly and accommodating
Good pub opposite, with shop facilities a few 100 yards away
Ideal for a quick stopover or a longer stay to visit Liverpool, Southport and Manchester
Highly recommended

Stayed at this site for 1 night. (friends wedding - near by and took advantage a a cheeky camping night) Will be returning. Quiet site with a peaceful feel to it. We were welcomed by the owners son who was so friendly and very accommodationg, could not do enough for us he took time to chat and check we knew all we needed to know.
The site is level with lots of room for children/pets to have fun. Lovely views.
Location is great near a railway station. Postoffice/shop around the corner and a pub. Cycle path near by - didn't use so cant comment.
The toilet facility altough basic was very clean and construction is now underway for a new block which will just add to a fab little site. Thank you Bridge Farm :)

We fancied a change from our usual campsites, so opted for something brand new. This site hasn't been open very long but I'm sure it will be a big success. It consists of one very flat field. Half given over to hardstanding caravans and the other half for tents. Its a lovely unspoilt view of English countryside. We hired a fire pit off the owners and they also sell logs and kindling. The toilet facilities are basic at the moment but a new shower block and toilets are promised for next year. A very nice pub is across the road and a cycle path passes just outside the farm. I reckon this site will go from strength to strength and we look forward to spending many more breaks in this lovely area. At the moment EHU is not available. This didn't bother us as we had a huge log fire to sit around. We went on a lovely country walk across the fields and the owner even printed off a route map for us. I don't know why I'm writing this review as I want it to stay as peaceful as it was last weekend. I urge you all to stay away and leave it just for us. Cheers
