 Wow!
What a great site! Not a bad road to the site either!
Well maintained and great having water on each pitch!
Staff very friendly and helpful and slight problem with tap, sorted out within minutes.
Beautiful area and a lovely walk down to the beach. Very dog friendly and so peaceful.
So much to do in the area. Sea Houses has great amenities. Can recommend Lewis's fish and chip shop! Beadnell Bay is super. Bamburgh castle is worth a visit and also a super walk to Dunstanburgh castle too. (Not from the site!)
Lovely old caravan on site with a wealth of leaflets and information! Great touch.

The site is a flat, well manicured field. Two of the pitches are hard standing. All pitches have EHU and a tap. There are however no toilets or showers. It is effectively a large CL (which it once was). There are no children's facilities. There are free range hens - be careful where you put your feet!
Seahouses is only a mile or so away with a full range of shops, pubs and restaurants. Boat trips run from here to the Farne Islands (National Trust) to see the seals and birds. Not to be missed in the breeding season when there are thousands of birds of different species. Bamburgh Castle is nearby and there is an amazing beach between Bamburgh and Seahouses.
Given the lack of facilities, I think £18 per night is a tad on the high side.
