 It seems that a lot of people have reviewed this under 'Camping Les Iles', which is not the correct name. Camping Des Iles is the local name for the site as can be seen from their website.
We took a pitch on the river frontage. It was spacious and included a pebble beach front on the river. It was a lovely site, quiet, peaceful, and offering sun and shade, as well as the ability to launch our canoe from the site.
The ablutions were clean and modern, paper and hand washing cream/towels provided. Showers good. Washing facilities, good, though waiting time varied.
The bar/restaurant area was pretty basic. Pizzas were the main/only food available. Prices were well above those in the town, which is only a short walk away. So guess where we went.
The two itself was delightful, with an old medieval sector and good range of bars and restaurants. Some excellent.
Altogether an excellent site, away from the main Dordogne madness.
