First time here, though have known the place for a few years.
Working dairy farm for Muller.
Nice serviced pitches on a cl with water at each pitch.
Separate shower and toilet in a porta cabin.
As only 3 units on site worked ok.
May be a problem at certain times if site full.
No play area, so bear that in mind if kids are going with you.
But is child friendly
Site slightly sloped, open with good views, and plenty of walking.
Crich Tramway museum about a mile away along with Crich village.
Nice pubs and great chip shop.
Great spot and nicely kept site. £15-00 per night.

Fantastic little site, with gorgeous views. Short walk across fields to Crich which has a really good coffee shop, pubs and a shop.
So good to have mains water to each pitch, site was lovely and clean and the owners were straight out to greet us.
Excellent if you have dogs, there are many walks you can do straight from the site.
We will certainly be visiting again.

Lovely peaceful site with very friendly owners who welcome you on arrival. Easy access and pitches well thought out (levelling blocks an advantage on some) with chemical disposal point and good recycling facilities, electric hookups to pitches and water taps very close.
Shower and Toilet very clean.
Stunning views and easy walking to Crich Tram Museum and village with usual amenities.
We had a problem with the fridge in our motorhome and the site owners went the extra mile to help us, lending us their cool box and freezing the ice blocks for us.
A lovely friendly quiet site perfect for that long earned rest.
We highly recommend it and will be returning.
Fred and Marilyn. Cornwall.

We visited this site for one night to break a long journey. The camping field is all grass and slightly sloping levelling blocks would be needed on most pitches. The owner had checked the ground as we had just had a prolonged period of rain but the ground was firm even for our heavy van.
The access is very easy from the road and directions on the site details were excellent. The EHU and water points were liberally scattered around the camping field.
The one toilet and shower were in an adjacent field but because of the heavy rain path across to the gate was quite muddy. The owners were very helpful and friendly with details of local walks etc.
This site is a good stopover, the nearby village of Crich has two pubs, general store, butcher, post office and chip shop. It is an easy 20 minute walk across fields from the site or slightly longer along a quiet road.
The views from this site are breathtaking and worth staying here to enjoy.

Most enjoyable visit to Mooredge farm near Crich. Welcomed by friendly owners Paul and Joyce and given tour of toilet and shower room. Both very spacious and clean.
The wide access leads to the site with electric hook ups and water for each pitch. There is a chemical waste point and recycling bins.
The countryside views from the site are stunning with Crich Stand on the hill. The site is well located for the local pubs and cafes, all within easy walking distance.
There are numerous countryside walks direct from the site. I enjoyed an interesting 5 mile circular walk to the Crichstand and Whatstandwell canal. Superb scenery.
All in all this is an excellent value for money cl.

Easy access to site and a warm welcome within minutes of entering. Level pitches each serviced with individual water/electric.
The views are cracking, no traffic noise just the odd tractor or two but it is a working farm. Shower and toilet are clean. Pubs within walking distance with a selection of good ales and pub food, grocery shops too if you wish in Crich but we drove a few miles to Alfreton.
Walks in abundance, many local attractions and points of interest.
Well impressed.
