We booked a last minute trip to this site, had an excellent evening there.
The lady who ran the site very friendly and welcoming, the site is five minutes drive from Bewdley and about five minutes from west Midlands safari park. The pitches are quite large.
Definitely stop there again

My wife and I stayed here for four nights, We found the owners very helpful and friendly, the site is around a 20 min walk into bewdley either along the river or road.
If you fancy a steam train ride into bridgenorth this is around 10 mins walk away.
We will definitely be returning next time we are in the area, many thanks to you both. Phil and Mandy

Just back from this gem of a site. Great if you have a do. G out of camp turn left 16 min walk to bewdley, turn right on to picnic area and walk along river to bewdley.
If you are using sat nav it will tell you its on left, its on right, sign posted picnic area. Well worth money.
Paul and Tracy seem very helpful, they don't rush you for camp fees and said a couple had left and put money in post box outside office. Going back in summer.
Wanted to give some negative but it rained 1 night but am told can't count that. Wishing Paul and Tracy every success.

Firstly, you need to be aware there is currently no toilet/shower block on site. This is explained on the web site, and if you have a caravan or motor home won't be a problem.
Access to the site is very easy, just turn in by the brown 'tourist' signs for the picnic area and campsite.
You are close to a road but we found the traffic soon turned to 'white noise' in the background and wasn't intrusive. It also quietens right down in the evening.
This is a good size, and very level, site with large pitches, the hard standings all having hook up and water supplied.
The owners aren't always on site but we booked by phone and were given the gate code and permission to pitch up where we fancied. We paid later in the day when they were in the office. The welcome was very friendly.
This is a great location for Bewdley, which is an easy walk (20 mins or so) either along the road or by walking through the picnic area and along the river path.
Leaflets giving local information are free from the office or the Tourist Information in town has these and books giving more detailed info and walks.
The museum within the TiC is free and is much bigger than we thought, again, well worth investigating.
The Severn Valley Railway is an easy 15 min walk away and this is well worth the price of a day ticket.
Bewdley Brewery now has a 'Tap', but check hours, and there is a new real ale pub in the old Barclays Bank. Imaginitavely called the Real Ale Tavern it's already being refered to as the 'Rat'. Both are well worth visiting.
We will definitely be returning.

This is a useful new campsite with friendly owners. Don't expect a totally 'away from it all' nature experience however, as though it's situated on a sizeable square field you will hear traffic noise and see street lighting at night.
This isn't a negative if you've got a good reason to be in the area (it's right next to the Safari park for instance), as the price charged was reasonable for the pitch and the field is very level across the entire field, which is a benefit for many.
At the moment there are no toilet or shower facilities on site, which is fine if you don't need them or don't care about them like myself. I should imagine the site will appeal to more people with the addition of a toilet of some sort at least. Perhaps they could consider an eco friendly composting toilet as a shorter term solution.
They do have a chemical toilet disposal point.
