Great location within the town, right on the waterfront and only a couple of hundred metres to local bars, tea rooms, shops etc. Petrol station with a decent convenience store right next door.
The site basically consists of 6 level side by side moho sized berths in the overflow car park behind the hotel (so quiet and secure) all with EHU, fresh water also available. No CDP as advertised. You can use the bar toilets during bar opening hours but they're locked after the bar closes.
Hotel bar for food in the evening was fine, food was good and staff were great and accommodating.
I would definitely use again.

Great stop over. Very well organised. EHU and water. Nice views of the loch and very quiet.
Would definitely stay again especially when coming off the ferry.
Was full so need to book in advance.

Nice place to stop over.
Only £10 with electric, but be aware there are no toilets or waste disposal.
Having said that it was a great location and friendly staff.

10/10. Ideal location, staff were friendly and helpful.
We were just passing through so didn’t get to enjoy the restaurant but it looked lovely and menu was good.
Recommended to all!

Very friendly and helpful at all points. We did not have a meal but did have drinks in the bar. People who had eaten or were still eating all looked happy. We enjoyed our drinks, a rare occasion of near-normality during Covid-19.
Very convenient and quiet stopover before ferry to Stornoway.
Please ignore "child friendliness" score; this we could not really evaluate.
