What a wonderful campsite. Run by lovely welsh family up in the welsh hills. The bathroom facilities were spotless. And cleaned many times while we were there.
The camping field looked lovely aswel. Added security cameras for piece of mind. The on site shop has everything you would need for a few nights away.
A lovely pub within 2 miles doing excellent food.
Cant wait to go back here. But for a much longer stay this time.

This is a really nice, quiet site. The camping field is massive, all hook-up pitches are well spaced out and most of the field left free for the kids to play & run around.
Bathroom facilities are kept spotless - the owners do the cleaning themselves so there is pride there. We didn't notice any hot water problem that an earlier reviewer mentioned. Small shop on site with essentials.
Beautiful views down the Conwy valley, and within a 20 minute drive of so many nice places to visit.
The site is quite high up and exposed, so in rough weather it is pretty blowy! And it is two or 3 miles on single access road whichever way you approach - I would advise coming past Colwyn Bay Zoo as having the least single labe and least steep inclines.

Lovely campsite with nice views. We were unlucky with the weather for the first couple of days. It was very windy. When we arrived the pitches were very wet, but the owners let us move to a space on the site that was dry.
The toilets were very clean and nice looking. Little shop on site with essentials in and a pop up community shop 10 minute drive away.
One of the other reviews mentions problem with hot water. We had no problems.

Highly recommend this camp site. Stunning location and views.
Excellent facilities spotlessly clean.
If you are looking for a small and friendly site, look no further.

Our family stayed here in May 2019. The staff are very welcoming and child friendly. We stayed in a tent with electric hook up. There is plenty to see nearby. The views are stunning and the picnic benches on the top of the hill provide a stunning sunset.
The toilet block are clean and have everything you need. Wifi signal was great from our tent which helps when the weather was bad one evening.
The pitches are a very good size and it lovely and quite. It does get quite windy being to high up. We would recommend this site and will be staying here again.

The views from this site are amazing. Even on a rainy day. The pitches are flat and have fences between on the electric ones.
The only problem with this site is the lack of hot water. At most the showers are warm, but only if you are first! One day there was none at all as the boiler had gone out. The water isn't hot enough to wash up greasy pans in at all.
The showers themselves are very clean. There are 2 wet rooms with toilets in and another separate shower and a further 3 toilets. That's for everyone on the site, but as it's only small it doesn't seem to be a problem.
I would come here again just for the peace and quiet but only if the hot water problem is sorted.
