Lovely quite little site. Very nice greeting from helpful owner.
Showers and Toilets spotlessly clean.
Would recommend and stay again if in the area

Very pleased with the campsite!
We were welcomed by very friendly owner Evee.
Every pitch is equipped with water tap and electric hookup which is not very popular for tent campsites. We found it very useful!
The only bad thing is the noise coming from the A27 other than that it is a great campsite I truly recommend!

Lovely campsite with spacious pitches and a secure area for kids to play.
The facilities were always clean although the showers were a little chilly and not hugely powerful.
As others have said, there is noise from the A27 but you get used to it very quickly.
Great walks direct from the campsite to Slindon Estate and Arundel through the woods too.

Oh what a shame. Booked Evee’s site for a two night stop over. On its good side the site is secure and is ringed with quite a deep border of trees so looks quite pretty and our pitch had both a water tap and power but no grey waste. The free Wi-Fi is also useful especially as there is little or no phone coverage but sadly that is about it!
Against. No staff on site - the owner works full time. Toilets stalls are tiny so your knees almost touch the door while seated plus it is difficult to sit down. Toilets, showers, washing up facilities and toilet waste disposal were all disgusting.
The outdoor washing up area had loads of dried leaves from last Autumn under the sinks. The sinks all needed cleaning. Toilet waste area was splattered with dried out bits of toilet paper. Toilet and showers all had filthy wet floors most of the time.
The cleaning of the toilets and showers seems to involve pushing a dirty mop over the soaking floor to spread the dirt round.
In the time we were there we could not find any grey waste disposal and the bins were all overflowing.
Add all the above to almost constant road noise from the main A27 Just over the fence and an owner who arrives to collect payment with a fag in her hand and you get the picture.
Caravan owners are advised to turn left when leaving due to the risk of joining the high speed traffic on the A27 but the exit onto the A29 is also dodgy as the oncoming traffic is hidden by the brow of a hill!
We will not be returning!

Lovely wooded site, quiet apart from road noise which became less noticeable after a short while.
Really helpful owner who responded to communication promptly and accommodated our request.
Brilliant facilities too.
We enjoyed a relaxing and peaceful stay.

We have found a little gem of a site here at the Old Farm which has the added bonus of having electric, and water, at most pitches.
Toilet block just adequate with plenty of hand sanitizers and wipes.
Made to feel very welcome by Evee.
Although close to the A27 the traffic noise didn't really bother us.
Super pub, The Spur, approx a mile away along the lane. Good fresh home cooked food well recommended.
Perfect for us visiting friends and relatives along the south coast.

Lovely site, couldn't fault it. Easy to book, great communication with lovely Evie. Will go back.
Only thing I just thought of was you can hear a bit of traffic. But I soon got used to it. Wasn't a problem.
And because mops and buckets were available. It was pretty much like. Let's all keep this place clean and tidy together. If you make a mess. Tidy up before you leave. Just as it should be too.
Thank you

Lovely peaceful campsite. Friendly owner. Perfectly located for us visiting family. Good wash up facilities & enjoyed the convenient water / electric hook up.
Only criticism is that the showers were not warm enough. Didn't matter when we used them (even when the site was empty) they were only luke warm.
Would stay again but only during the summer as a hot shower is essential in colder months.

Fantastic site.
Clean, well managed and well serviced site.
My only gripe is the proximity to the main road makes it a little noisy, this will not stop me visiting again in the future.
Site manager couldn’t be more helpful. The site is well laid out and tent pitches are of ample size, all with electric hook ups and the communal facilities all working as expected ( no cold shower surprises).
