Booked at short notice as plans changed. Advised to not use SatNav but found it easily. Entry gate is on keypad, number given just before you arrive, as you are asked for approximate time of arrival.
Level hard standings, with grass to pitch awning on that are well spaced.
Water and waste within short distance of pitches. Toilet block was modern with 2 loos and 2 showers, nice hand soap Ecover. Block also has washing up facilities, freezer and information. There is a small shop selling fresh eggs, local pickles etc, and you can pre order breakfast croissants.
The area for tents is further down the field, with the grass cut to designate pitches, not in regimented lines, which I thought was a nice touch. There are also 2 pods, 1 bell tent and a vintage caravan that can be hired.
The view from your pitch facing down the site is of the hills, and the sunsets were lovely, especially when a air balloon sailed across.
I didn't find road noise a problem.
We found some lovely villages around the area with decent dog friendly pubs. Having not been in this location before, it will be worth a return visit.

Excellent main road access to site and entrance gated access to the site is good.
A code required to get in and out which is brilliant. The shower block is kept very clean.
Easy access to water and waste etc. All hardstandings have a great view.
Only 20 minutes walk to nearest shops and garage and in the other direction, approximately 15 minutes walk to farm shop and pub where you get 20% off currently due to staying at the site

This is a pleasant little site overlooking an old orchard and open countryside and hills, although the road noise is quite intrusive. We did see one beautiful sunset, too cloudy the other days.
There was good communication from the owners and we were welcomed on arrival with instructions about the pitch etc. What I did not feel was necessary was three pages of rules, which amounted to a contract, which really boiled down to common sense and courtesy. I don't know if they have had problems with behaviour in the past but it was very quiet while we were there.
The facilities were good, two showers, two toilets and two washbasins for each, and were kept clean. As is common, push-button fixed showers which were, for me, too hot and no way to alter the temperature. However, the water in the washbasins and the outside pot-wash didn't get above lukewarm at all, and sometimes was virtually cold. They have gone for a rustic finish in the facilities and I not sure how painted breeze block will stand up to daily shower use.
The bus stop is just down the road. You can go to Stratford in one direction and Evesham the other way. From Evesham you can also get the bus or train to Worcester, which we did one day. The train is a lot quicker.
We can recommend the butterfly farm in Stratford which passed a very pleasant couple of hours.

Good nearby buses to Stratford and Evesham.
Great facility block. A hidden gem

Great owners who were friendly and helpful.
We were not on hook-up so got a brilliant pitch in the "wilder" area of the site which was lovely and had great views of the surrounding hills.
The facilities were second to none,
There was a good pub and an excellent farm shop nearby.
Definitely a new favourite.

This is a gem of a campsite. It is a small, friendly family run site, hard standing, grass pitches with or without EHU.
Some of the pitches are on a very slight slope so levelling blocks maybe helpful.
There is a beautiful spot for tents. The facilities are well thought out and extremely clean with a keen focus on the environment.
Views across to the Malvern Hills surrounded by fields and wild flowers. Lots of places for walks.
Made to feel welcome on arrival and throughout our short stay.
A nice pub 15 minutes walk away.
This really is a 10 out of 10 site and will definitely be coming back.
Thank you Jacqui and Jim. Cheers

Excellent quiet and friendly site, we'd happily return.
They were friendly & helpful in answering our original enquiry, and it's clear and easy to find when you get there.
It's described as attractive to retired people, and that suited us fine, though younger walkers were there tenting too during the weekend. Maybe not a first choice for young families.
The facilities were great - clearly new, and Jim, one of the owners, told me they'd worked through the hottest part of last summer to clad the building themselves.
What quickly becomes apparent is that this is a campsite designed by people who've been camping a lot and know what works, which is something too many sites lack. From the drinking water tap, and grey and chemical disposal spot, with hoses just the right length, openings at the right height, to the (push button, nice hot water) showers with the nozzles pointing across the cubicles so your clothes don't get splashed, everything was thought through.
We found it a very friendly site - the owners can't provide the punters, but maybe they attract the right ones! They live with their family in their house at the top of the site, so are present.
They provide an entry code for the gate, which closes automatically so doesn't get left open.
Nice views of Bredon Hill and over the orchard in the field next to the site, pleasant walks, easy reach of Evesham, Pershore and more, and all for a good price.
While the main road isn't far away, it's across a bank with trees and noise truly wasn't a problem.
And they're right about the great sunsets!

This is a very well kept campsite, with environmental care at its heart. It is in a very pretty setting, with birdsong and wildlife all around.
The toilet block is particularly attractive and spacious, (but I imagine it may get a little busy if the campsite is full. )
Booking was easy and the owners were very good at communicating.
There was a very low level of traffic noise during the daytime, which would be audible from a tent, but all was totally silent inside our van.
We had a lovely stay and hope to visit again.
Thank you
