We wanted to get away for a weekend not too far from home and found this site on ukcampsite.co.uk. We thought we would give it a go as the pictures looked nice and it was a short walk into Attleborough town centre, which is small enough to be quaint, but large enough to cater to all your needs.
We found the facilities clean, tidy and in good repair and the owners to be friendly and helpful. The only downside was having to use a key for the toilets and making sure we knew where the key was in the middle of the night proved interesting. Generally a very pleasant, quiet and not overpriced campsite which we would recommend.

We went to this site and I have to say it was a very good site for visiting Norfolk, the only this that I have to say against it is that the showers and toilets could have been a little cleaner. When we arrived they were clean but after a few days they were getting untidy and the sinks could have done with a clean. On other reviews other people have said that the noise froom the road was noisy but I have to say this didn't bother us.
We found the site ideal for our 2 children as it was safe for them to ride there bikes around the tarmac road on the site, there was also quite a few other kids there so they had a great time. We also found Attleborough a great place to be with been in a tent as there is a large Sainsburys and small shop to buy anything we needed. I would also recommend Banham Zoo which is only 10 minutes drive from the campsite, well worth a visit. We will be going to this site again.

April 2005 My wife & I have just spent 4 glorious days at your site, and we must say that not only was the welcome great, but the facilities were very clean & tidy.We would reccomend that if you are staying in the Norfolk area, this is a must.
Showers & Loo's great, level site & peace and quiet. If you do stay here, you must try the FRESH eggs from their own chickens. Excellent site if you wish to visit the Broads or Banham Zoo (only 7 miles away)

May 2004 A small, well-kept site with basic facilities, run by a friendly couple. It was a very safe environment for the smallest of children, although there were no play areas. All the pitches were reasonably flat, although the grass needed a good cut! The washing-up facilities were out of action during our visit, but we had an enjoyable walk round nearby Snetterton market to buy a washing up bowl! The only downside was the noise from the nearby A11 dual carriageway, which was a field away. We would recommend this site for a short break.

November 2003 First things first... This campsite is definitely recommended and we would definitely go back again...
We had a little trouble finding it as it's not signposted except outside the site, but we are also a bit daft at directions.
The ground was very well drained in our hardstanding pitch, as it rained a bit and we were the only people there. I can see it being quiet most of the year as there was no play equipment for kids and was only a small site.
The toilets/showers were clean, if not a bit cold, but the showers were always hot. The small heater soon provided a little bit of warmth in there.
It was a great location and we could easily walk the 10 minutes into Attleborough for a drink at the pub and to catch the train into Norwich.
Banham Zoo isn't too far away either and worth a visit.
Definitely a lovely site, well maintained and welcoming husband and wife owners. Highly recommended. Thanks.
