august 5th 2003 A basic site, not very good for toilet facilaties, they could have spent a few pounds on washing and including soap in the toilets and wipes. Otherwise the pitches were not set and only a few electric hook ups were available for caravans and tents. Good for Lowestoft and G.Yarmouth only 3 and 12 miles away. Nothing in the evening to do but it is a farm what else do you expect at 9.50 incl hookup.

August 2001 Located on a working farm, the site is small and informal. Toilets/shower block is small and basic but clean. Pitches are not marked but generally the tents are well spaced and the owner doesn't overfill (when we were there). The site is basic but does make an excellent base for visiting Suffolk/Norfolk and is not far from the A12 (but far enough away that you can't hear it!). Can't remember price but it was cheap (£7ish). We would visit again (for long weekends with our 4 small children). Point to note: as the site is small there is no reception/shop as such so you do have to travel to Kessingland etc if your gas bottle runs out etc!
