 Stayed for the second time and it is a very pleasant site
All facilities are spotlessly clean
The staff are friendly and helpful
It has a covered bar area with a chip shop (chips loaded with chilli con carne yum)
A good site shop
The site is only a few minutes walk from Brean leisure park a few shop's amusement arcades and beach

Clean litter free site, Toilet and shower block nearest reception excellent.
Toilet and shower block near lakeside, where we stayed, not so clean.
Poor internet unless you pay, chip shop shuts at will.
I would stay again but not on lakeside

Booking was easy and price reasonable for a coastal site. We had a hardstanding pitch adjacent to the lake.
The facilities were cleaned several times a day and were very clean. We used the site shop for essentials.
A little dearer than the local supermarket but better than using fuel to travel to Burnham!
This is a large site but divided into different fields, some with play areas, some without dogs and others for seasonal pitches.
We fished the lake several times with some success.
We found all staff to be friendly and helpful. We didn't use the bar or takeaway.
Could not comment on child friendliness as no children in our party.

Love this site it's so clean + friendly, staff are really helpful + accommodating.
We have now bought a tourer from them + will be siting it there. Roll on march.

Always clean and well maintained grounds, excellent shower blocks, plenty of hot water, on site bar a definite bonus,

Fantastic site, clean. Good facilities.
Nice parks for children, lots of open space. Easy to park caravans.
Only a 15 mins drive from breach. Good on site shop

A very clean and tidy site. The toilet, shower block was very clean and well laid out.
The bar area would be ok if it is very warm and the charge around a pound more for the drinks than offsite, the extra charge would be ok if there was entertainment

Yet another great site we found to take the grandkids away to.
Play areas for them which thay loved beach across the road which my dogs loved the site is just great the facilities were spotlessly clean.
The pitch was hard standing which I might add that its the first time ive stop on blocked paved hardstanding pitch and is the best ive ever stayed on. I will. Be back.

The wifi is not that good. That's the only thing I have to say about this awsome place

This is a fantastic campsite on all accounts, facilities, amenities and a very friendly, welcoming site.
Great area as local attractions accounts for all ages and status with children or without.
I have been coming to this site for 40 years and more than happy to keep coming back for hopefully another 40+! Highly recommended in every way

We normally stay in Lakeside on the grass pitches. This year they decided to close lakeside grass pitches and re-seed them due to the high volume of caravans and campers using the area. We booked to stay on the hard standing which we thought would be fine.
The weekend we arrived and the weekend we were due to leave. The site was full every pitch taken with a real mix of touring caravans, motorhomes, campervans and tents.
The site was extremely noisy as people were sitting outside their units drinking; singing and one group had a fire pit in between 2 caravans. Security did speak to them and told them to put it out.
Behind our pitch we had some seasonal caravan with a number of units having dogs that were barking persistently for most of the day.
This is the first time we have felt like this when using this site and we have stayed here a number of times of the years. We both really like the site, good facilities, lots of space good size pitches, the hardstanding areas are a very good quality and super dog walk which or dogs just love.
It appeared many of the pitch occupiers just came to sit and drink and play music loudly for the weekend with little thought for other site users. I just wanted to highlight that people could be more considerate of others around them. The attitude and behaviour of these visitors is not the fault of the site owners, its just my opinion. During the week the site was less busy and more peaceful and relaxing.
This experience won’t put us off using this site and we are already planning to return next year.
