This is a lovely little simple site. Plenty of room for the grown ups and plenty of room for the kids to play. No shop as such and OK showers which thake 20p and that was long enough for me to shower.
Close to Chichester, Bracklesham and the Witterings.
The best bit is it only costs £20 per night with electric, so on that basis you really can't fault it.

Thank Ted.
Just returned home from our second visit to your site this year.
Had a great time it was peaceful and relaxing the pitch had plenty of room to set up. Toilet and showers clean and tidy.
Great area to walk Buddy the beagle and plenty of wild life to look at.
I would recommend this site if you want to get away from it all.
We will be returning as soon as we can.
Steve & Jen.

A basic campsite with loads of space only 2 shower cubicles in toilet block that are clean. I had a very relaxing
Time the only noise was children playing and that was no problem. On a whole well worth a visit. A lack of street lights ( no light pollution ) I could see the stars. On a clear night. It is just a short drive to the shops and beach which is pebble that does not allow dogs on. There are too many attractions to mention Portsmouth 20 miles away.

We really enjoyed our short stay here. Its a quiet site run by friendly owners. It has a spacious open camping area with plenty of room for kids to run around. Big adjoining field if you have a dog. It wasn't too busy when we where there and the owners kindly allowed us to pack up under our own steam when leaving. The toilet block, despite being clean, is very tired. There is no doubt it needs updating but at £20 a night for 4 people including electric and awning I doubt you will find better value in this area.

We were given a great service in the form of an email informing us that although the access road running past the site was closed, access to the site itself was still open. The site itself is very tidy with a covered sand pit for kids and plenty water points. When we arrived, we were met by an older gent who didn't say much, but directed us to the pitch ok. The office / shop is more or less a summer house, which was closed for the weekend that we were there. I guess that the normal management were away. The toilets were clean and the showers nice and hot. I couldn't find a waste water drain and so just used the Elsan point next to the toilet block. It always seems strange to me that toilets are nearly always furthest away from those in tents as most caravans have facilities onboard. Nice site though, would definitely go back.

Booked here having read reviews on this site. It's so easy to find, has flat, wide, access from the lane, and the field is like a billiard table, with each pitch covered in gravel to produce hard standings. The loo block is 'well established' but clean, lots of soap, loo paper, paper towels and instant hot water. Good long shower for 20-pence in the slot. We were the only non caravan so felt a bit lonely until a couple in a camper-van arrived from France to over-night close by.
The only slight down-sides are the road traffic noise, and people playing 'Biggles' in light-aircraft overhead.
A great site, good value, free-draining and well maintained, book with confidence.

Our first visit to the Red House Farm and we would definitely use again when next in the area. Stayed for 2 nights. Owners were very friendly and helpful. Didn't charge us for an extra car or all the extras some sites do. It was also refreshing not to be handed a list of rules on arriving. It's an old fashioned basic campsite that takes me back to campsites of my childhood. Safe, with plenty of space for children to play. The facilities are fine, good value showers, and are kept pretty clean. Dogs do need to be kept on a lead on the site, but there is a dog walk at the end of the campsite. We walked into Bracklesham, a pleasant 15 minute walk, and then onto East Wittering, which has many interesting shops to offer.
All in all a lovely break and location.

This is one of the few sites which we would return to. We stayed here for a fortnight in July/August. At £19 a night receiving one night free if booking seven it is very good value for money with the nearest beach -Bracklesham Bay 8mins away and Bognor Regis 12 miles away. There are a lot of attractions nearby - a butterfly/nostalgic museum in Earnley itself, several garden centres in close proximity to each other, cider distilleries and Chichester a lovely shopping centre with its 900 year cathedral (unfortunately we weren’t able to pay a visit as we had our dogs with us). At the site the pitches were a good size, a water point at every fourth caravan. The toilet and shower block was very clean. Showers were good value for 20p, hot and allowing plenty of time to have a full shower. The owner was very approachable and friendly allowing us to stay as long as we wanted on our last day. Neighbouring seasonal pitch users were also friendly and helpful, coming to the rescue when our pregnant daughter was stung by a wasp and had an allergic reaction. They, being ‘first aiders’ offered treatment and support. If we visit Chichester again this will definitely be the site we stay at.

Spent two nights here last week having read all the reviews. We have normally stayed at another local site which was £10 per night more expensive than Red house farm.
We were not disappointed fantastic reception from the host very laid back approach. Kids loved the sandpit and games room.
Yes the toilets/showers are dated however they are very clean and I think sometimes people forget that the facilities are as clean as the people that use them.
Nothing seemed to much trouble and as it was quite we could pick our own pitch. For £19 per night including electric we will be regular visitors in the future especially as its only twenty minutes down the road.
Plenty of shopping in east wittering and good local beaches.

When we arrived we were told to 'pitch up and sort the money out in the morning' this instantly gave me a good feeling.
The site has one road running straight through the middle of it and there was plenty of hook ups with water stand-bys not too far away and pitches were of a good size.
The shower/toilet block was nothing to shout about, it was as clean as could be expected, but did have hot water in the showers (20p). There was also the downside of no soap to wash your hands after using the toilet.
The children's play area is small and there are limited activities for children to use (unless you want to spend money in the games room or hire the pedal karts) I feel as though as small playground of some sort would not hurt.
When we stayed there were cattle in the barn and nobody seemed to mind the children having a closer look (when we were with them) but we were told that our children were unaccompanied this was a slightly different matter.
All in all, the site was OK for a couple of nights.
