This site is superb, very clean, large pitches, very friendly and helpful owners. My wife and I can endorse everything that has been said by the previous reviewers. The location is excellent, for exploring the coast either by car or walking. We will definitely be returning!
The only down side is the pub (which serves great food) is not dog friendly. As a result of this, we had to drive over, so we could leave our collie in the car instead of inside our caravan.

What a gem Moorland Park is! Lovely well maintained site, the pitches are well spaced out and the owner has cultivated lots of bushes etc. Which add to the sense of privacy. Watch out for the giant Lobster! :-) Hot showers, always very clean as were the toilets. The owner is very helpful and friendly without being intrusive. There is a garage over the road which sells a varied range, and the staff are very helpful and friendly. There is also a pub over the road but its more a food place, and quite expensive so its a taxi into Cromer if you want a bit of night life.

We arrived at Moorland and got a very cheery welcome from the owner who was keen to get us settled. She had even asked our caravan neighbour to help us pitch as it was our first time out.
The campsite was great, very well kept with superb garden areas for everyone to enjoy. The lighting was just right with old style street lamps - easy on the eye! We spotted Robins and Jays, even the odd giraffe and lobster.
The facilities were perfect and beautifully clean, and it was a lovely touch being offered cleaning products if needed.
There is a pub and garage/shop just up the road to get the basics but a Morrisons a short drive away in Cromer. The pub food was amazing quality and lovely friendly staff.
I would tell my friends but they all have children. Oh well. We'll have to keep this to ourselves then. !
Many thanks for a great break, as many have said - a true hidden gem.

What a gem of a site just a couple of miles from Cromer. Hardstanding pitches, each with their own water tap. Beautifully landscaped. Very pretty Victorian style lamps provide the lighting at night. Good shower and toilet facilities.
There are many regular visitors so you have to book early. We booked in November 2011 and got the last pitch for the dates we required. The site is ideally placed to explore much of Norfolk, especially the coast.
Both Cromer & Sheringham are close by. Holt is a lovely unspoilt little town. For the best cheese scones ever the cafe overlooking Cley Bird Reserve is the place to go.
Blakeney Point to see the seals is a must. Great fish & chips at Mary Jane's in Cromer. Not ones to normally go to a show on a pier - Snow Patrol was our last concert - we got tickets for the famous Cromer Pier Show. Cheesy definitely but you couldn't help but enjoy it and we still haven't worked out the magic tricks!

Adult only site set near Cromer. Previous reviews cover all facilities well. A very well set out site with plenty of space and beautiful gardens all around. Very enclosed site with high conifers surrounding so no views of countryside.
There are 2 ladies toilets and 1 shower - all very clean and modern.
If you want to take the camper / motorhome to Cromer go straight through town and as you come out on the coast road a there is a massive carpark overlooking the sea (no height barriers) easy walk back into Cromer or walk down the path to the sea.
Holt is a beautiful little town 8 miles away with great shops and cafes. Load of little alleyways with gift shops and a Burgens supermarket. Difficult to park with a campervan - use the North Norfolk Railway car park 1 mile out of town and get the red London bus in for £2 return - cheaper than the parking in town and much easier.
A lovely site which is well worth visiting and well placed for many places to visit in the area.

This is a fantastic adult ony site. We have just spent 12 days here and had a lovely holiday.
Friendly warm welcome from the site owners and shown to our pitch. This site has immaculate grounds. Pitches are a concrete pad for the car and caravan with a Woodchip base for the awning then grass to sit out on. We had electric and water to the pitch. Each pitch is very large and separated by gardens.
There are 2 ladies toilets and 1 shower and 1 mans toilet and a shower. These were very clean. The washing machine is in the ladies toilet and you just put £3 in a honesty box. There is a Information hut with brochures about the area etc.
We have a small dog and found plenty of short walks for her from the campsite. We mainly walked her down the driveway then along the village footpath.
The pub and garage with shop is a short walk from the site.
We will definitely return next year.
Cromer is only a few miles down the road and has a large Morrisons and a Co-op. Sheringham is a pretty seaside town with a small market twice a week. Holt is a delightful town with lovely shops. There are several National Trust houses in the area.

Superb site in all aspects. Firstly we had a warm welcome from the friendly owners.
We were surprised by the size of our pitch with plenty of room for our motorhome and trailer with additional vehicle. Hardstandings are level with pleasant borders and well maintained gardens.
The water and electric points were close to hand. Facilities both male and female were spotless and warm, all being heated. T
here is a handy information shed filled with leaflets of local places of interest to visit. There is also a shared BBQ area set in the gardens which would be nice in warmer months.
The site was extremely quiet at all times. We enjoyed the walk into Sherringham following the coastal path, which can be accessed in around 15 minutes.
A real gem of a site.

Nice clean well maintained site, good size plots with both hook up and water supply on each plot. Shower and toilet block spotless with hand wash and moisturiser in the ladies.
Pub nearby served an excellent meal on the Saturday night which worked out at about £15 each.
Easy to find and far enough from the main road for a peaceful stay,
For those who like to walk the Coastal footpath its about 5 minutes walk from the site. Its then a lovely walk through woodland and fields with virtually no roads to cross.
Will certainly visit again but limited plots so will probably need to book early at busier times of the year.

What an absolute gem of a site stayed here for 14 nights wished it was longer and it is adult only. Very friendly owners Elaine and Gary greeted us on arrival and showed us to our pitch which was like being in their back garden. Large pitches surrounded by shrubs and trees with plenty of room all around you. Grass kept short and tidy and flower beds well maintained. Only one mens toilet and shower and two womens but with site this size it was never a problem. No dish washing facilities. All the more reason to eat out. Ideal touring base for North Norfolk if you can tear yourself away from the site and plenty of local walks. We highly recommend this site and have already booked our next visit.

Well, what can I say, what a fabulous site!
This was our first venture on to an adults only site, and what a little gem it is! The grounds are wonderfully kept, with each pitch being separated by a mixture of shrubs and palms.
The pitches are huge, with hardstanding for the caravan & car, and a barked area for the awning, which worked very well, there is also a lawned area for you to relax in.
Our water was within 3 paces of the awning. The toilets and showers were kept spotless.
From the site it is very easy to get to all areas of North Norfolk, being only a couple of miles from both Cromer & Sheringham.
The coastal path to both of these places can be joined very close to the site, and is a very pleasant walk through woodland and pasture land, we walked to both of these.
The owners were very welcoming and even assisted us onto our pitch. All in all, a Norfolk Gem! Would we visit again?, without a doubt!
