 Friendly owner, plenty of space, very quiet. 10 minute walk to village with 2 pubs and a cafe deli for food.
Good access to Leicestershire 100 walk.
Quiet lanes for cycling. £20 inc EHU. No toilets or showers.
Secure site behind electric gates.

Nice location, not the prettiest and cleanest of sites.
Friendly owner.
£10 a night for motorhome £2. 5 for electric on a meter, which they pre-load. We only used about £1 which gave us a couple of showers, electric fridge and an electric bike charge.
EE and Vodafone signal ok

The site is located just off the A46 but far enough away to be quiet and peaceful in a sleepy little village of Thrussington just a short walk from a couple of pubs which serve good beef and food.
The owner Mick is very friendly and a great character and keeps his site very neat and tidy.
All in all a great little site definitely worth another visit

Lovely little site
We loved it, relaxed rules
Electric gates to let yourself in and out lovely walk to village with two pubs and a little take away and general store
Owner popped over for fee then we were left to enjoy, thank you

Quiet site, arrive and depart as you wish.
Did not have to use shared facilities so cannot comment.
Can walk into village with pleasant bar and restaurant.
Would visit again.

This was a great place to stay for our trip to Everyman Racing in Prestwold.
The site was easy to find and the gentleman that came to collect our pitch fee was a really nice chap and very helpful.
There was no time limit for us to leave the site the next morning, which was a bonus.
There are no facilities, but the site was really clean and tidy.
We would definitely use their campsite again.

We enjoyed our stay here, 10min walk to village, two pub's serving meals, tea shop/deli. Other shops a short drive away.
Owners very friendly, to be honest I can't wait to go back again.

Site was very easy to find with the post code in google maps and a great location with great views. Access was easy with plenty of room to move about and pitch up.
I will be visiting again soon. Great value for the price 👍 thanks to the staff

Perfectly acceptable quiet site. A little difficult to find, a better signpost at entrance would help.
A substantial lid on the grey / black waste disposal which did not have any handle, meaning had to grip the edges to remove
