I booked Innis Inn for both my sister and myself as we had tickets to see Jack Johnson and Mika at the Eden Project. From the minute we arrived we experienced such a friendly welcome from all the staff on the site.
It was such a busy weekend for Innis due to the weekend of concerts at Eden and the operation of allocating our pitch was carried out speedily, effectively and with a great deal of humour - thus said for everyone that arrived. Thanks a lot Keith!
We were given all the info we needed regarding the site and the off road walking route to Eden to see the concerts (It's only one mile to Eden!). A bus was laid on by Eden for our return to the campsite and we were greeted with torches by Keith and the Gov'ner to ensure we made it back to our tents safely. What a lovely touch that was.
A pub on site which served food and breakfast if required was very handy. We were having such a fab time we extended our stay by one night and the cost per night is so reasonable. We only paid £12 per night - what a bargain!
Highly recommend this campsite for the Eden Project or for just a visit. If I have to mention a down side it was the lack of toilets and showers, but that was only because it was such a busy weekend and we all coped! Normally the amount would be ample. We both had such great time and will return for some more Eden Sessions hopefully next year! Cant wait!

Stayed here for 2 night. Excellent family run campsite that has a large Trout farm and fishery and is close to Eden Project. Discount on entry to Eden if you walk or cycle. Camping is in the grounds of the Pub that serves good food and beer at reasonable prices, what more could you ask for. Try a pint of Trout. Local shop 1.5 mile and coast is easily accessible. All sites are flat and well drained.

I'll try to be as fair as possible and state facts after spending 7 nights here.
First the bad news, or what some might consider good.
A) Its very remote and at least a three mile drive to anywhere of note except eden project and clay mines adventure.
B) there is zilch for kids (young one's under say 12)
C) The onsite pub has what I thought pretty tight opening hours 11am till 2pm and 7 till 11 pm. Also this pub could do with more stuff in there for the people to do, i.E video games or something to keep the kids happy and they need to get some music on it feels like sitting in a library.
D) There is no running hot water in the sinks ! I had to boil the kettle everyday for a shave and boil it about four times again during a day to wash up. We thought this terrible for a campsite that's supposed to be operating a business in the year 2009 !
E) the showers and toilets are basic and are not so clean, every morning I wanted to use the toilet I had to spend 5 minutes disinfecting the seat as some person insisted on peeing all over the seats. This particularly irritated me.
Now the Good stuff.
A) Its cheap. Very cheap for a site in Cornwall. 15£ quid a night with electric.
B) Awesome fly fishing directly on site. At reasonable cost. Also a little tackle shop to get them much needed essentials.
C) the food in the onsite pub is cheap and cheerful and also quite good.
D) The people who run it are nice and friendly.
E) Its very quiet, no noise here AT ALL.
F) Its literally right next door to Eden Project, in walking distance, ideal for doing a quick night here visiting eden etc.

Really good no nonsense campsite this, with an onsite bar and b&b. Toilets and showers A1 - large, clean and well maintained. Very well situated 2 miles from the actual entrance of the Eden Project if you're walking there and 3 miles from the beach.
Very friendly and helpful management who were suprised to see we'd come down from Manchester at the end of Winter! Weather was wet and windy for the one night we stayed but the site and service more than made up for it. Would definitely come here again.

We stayed here for 1 night to visit the eden project. Its only a 20 min walk down a proper path.
Campsite was a well kept site with 3 fields surrounding the Inn. Nice and flat for tents. Very quite at night.
It has a purpose built toilet block which swung us in faviour of this site over another local site. Showers were warm and toilets were clean. Washing up was outside - but we went to visit eden for the day - not wash up.
The guy running the site was friendly and really helpful with directions. We will be going back when we visit again.

The positive things that I can say about this site are, a) It is very near to the Eden Project ,b) It is very handy, if you enjoy fly fishing, as this is available on site, c) There is a pub on site serving food, d) There are electric hook-ups.
The negative things about the site are, a) The facilities are very basic, there is no hot water for washing, shaving or washing up,although there are electric showers. These were reasonably clean, b) This is not a campsite for children as there are no play areas for them, c) The campsite is very remote from any town or food shops, except the Eden Project.
This is not a site that I would visit again, unless I wanted to make a return visit to the Eden Project.
