May 2005 The Best Campsite we have ever been on. The weather was VERY VERY BAD, so we thought we were in for a boring 3 days. NOPE. one of the helpers called LISA, took my kids under her wing and made the three days fly by. My kids are still begging to go back !!!
This is a family run farm and everybody was very polite and helpful. so much so, that I felt I was taking advantage!!!
I hope this place doesn't get popular, as it might spoil what it has. a fantastic place with a fantastic veiw run by fantastic people. I CANNOT SPEAK TOO HIGHLY OF THIS PLACE OR THE PEOPLE.

August 2004 Great site for the kids, ours aged 8 and 13, they only came back to tent to drink and eat. Took our 2 nieces aged 6 & 8 for their first time camping and they loved it. Bonus as weather was brilliant the weekend we went! Friendly people on site toilets clean but basic. we had a relaxing weekend too!!

August 2004 Stayed over the Bank Holiday weekend and had a fantastic time despite the weather. This is a new site on a working farm with very clean toilets but no showers (they plan to add these). The farmer was very friendly and couldn't have been more helpful - towing cars back up the field or carrying kit on his trailor. The field is on quite a slope and was quite windly at the top. No water taps in the field as yet. Very peaceful, idyllic setting 15 minutes walk into the village. Kiosk on site served snacks, fish n chips, hot drinks. If you needed anything just ask the farmer. Kids loved it seeing the animals. There was a large trampoline and a haystack with tunnels through it in the barn. Will visit again.

August 2004 Nice site with great views and good location just outside Malham (five to ten minutes walk from two pubs). Camp site is basic with one toilet block but no showers yet. Site is generally on slope and was a bit boggy so worth leaving car closer to site road but this is not a problem. The size of the site means even on bank holiday you could space tents out as no marked pitches. Lovely area for walking with some great routes for everyone. Kiosk serves food and hot/cold drinks. Good prices and friendly owners. Recommended.

Aug 2004 I visited this site with 2 adults 2 teenagers and two young children they all loved it, small park with trampoline and hay bales, animals from rabbits to wallabies and excellant views we could see malam cove from or tent. Small kiosk on site selling drinks and ice cream and sandwiches. Very short walk to village with shops and pubs. If you like walking there is some of the best scenery in Yorkshire on your doorstep. No showers yet on site but toilets are clean with plenty of hot water and owners and site staff were very friendly and helpfull. We will soon be visiting again

August 2004 Stayed there one night Saturday. Two adults one kid. If you like camping with a bit of space (not rows of tents) then this is a good bet. The other campsite in Malham was fully booked, but lots of space on this site. Kids can explore the farm and see the animals. There is a basic park, with kiosk. Basic toilet block, but very clean.
Owners seemed very friendly. I believe it's a new site, get there quick before it gets busy. Good views too

July/August 2004 We went for 2 nights and are now in our second week. My 6yr old daughter is up every morning and has a check on the outdoor animals then 'tests' the trampoline until the barn opens and she can see the piglets and calves and play in the hay. The owners family are really freindly and there is a daytime snack bar. A shower block is on the cards but in the meantime there is hot running water and the toilets are very clean.

July 2004 Lovely little campsite in a field attached to the farm visitor centre. Only recently started accepting campers and as yet there are no showers but the toilets are clean and there is hot water.
The farmer was very friendly, and apparently is intending to expand into the next field.
When we woke up we could see Malham Cove from the tent. The site is about a 5 minute walk from the village centre, off the road before you get to the village.
We would go again.

May 2004 Hard to describe as we atayed the first weekend it was open, such peace and quiet and lots for the children to do, they could walk round the farm seeing the varied animals and there was an excellant swing park with trampoline for them to play in. It costs £2 per person £2 per car. At the moment there are only wash basins and toilets however when he is established he will be putting in showers. Anyway that is what camping is about. It is a great location for a walking holiday if you are that way inclined It is only 10 Miles form Skipton and in a lovely Little Village called Malham.
