This site is very well looked after, the site was also clean and tidy.Brian and Dave are always going around the site making sure everything is tidy and always stopping to speak to everyone on the site.
The toilet block and showers were always clean, and the shower for 20p for very hot water is very good.Their is also a small hut were nets for ball games for the children were kept, along with B.B.Q.S
There is an ice-cream van that calls at the site at about tea time, we went down to Three Legged Cross village to have a meal at the pub that was doing 2 meals for £8 which were very good indeed.
One review mentioned the Wood Cutters this pub is now closed down.Just down the road their is a Lidls. We also went to a Car boot fair at Bournemouth Airport which is on a Sunday.
We also visited Mudeford Beach and Quay, a little village called Burley just beside Ringwood into the New Forest. We will return to this site, although it is 361 miles from our home in the North East it is well worth the drive down for 2 weeks of relaxing on this site.

What a gem of a site and outstanding value for money. We joined friends here in their motorhome and we were allocated pitches together. Our friends booked late and still the owners juggled around their bookings so we were next door in our tent.
Nothing was too much trouble and the site was well looked after, bins at each pitch which were emptied daily and recycling bins in both fields. Loos and showers were clean and showers (2) were roomy, private and clean and never had to wait once for the showers were always empty when we went and the site was full as well. 20p gets you 8 minutes of lovely hot water.
BBQ was not an issue and neither were the dogs. There is a small wood next door where the kids all went and played and plenty of space for all the kids(and adults) to play in the 2nd field where we were without anyone moaning or complaining.
The weather was not good to us it rained most days but plenty to do in the area and Moors Valley well worth a visit.

We loved it so much we have booked to go back for a week next year as our 4 nights were not enough. As we have raved about it so much we now have another family possibly 2 joining us and the beauty is we have been able to book the pitches we want in advance for the party.

Theres a small shop in the village which most people used I think was a costcutter, but if you venture just round the corner off the roundabout from the first shop there's also a Spar which was a bit cheaper.

All in all a lovely camping experience and others we met have also booked the same week to go back next year so very popular.

Very peaceful and cheap (£10 inc electric) site.

Facilities are on edge of main field, so people in the second field have a bit of a walk. There are three loos for the ladies, I presume the same for the gents, and two showers in a separate block. The facilities are a bit dated, but relatively spacious and generally clean. The showers cost 20p, but that lasts for a very long time!

As for the pitches, the field we were in was virtually level. All the pitches are grass. Water stand pipes were between 3 pitches and the electric points were in wooden boxes about 5ft off the ground, each with their individual trip switches and a notice that the hookup was 10A, so use 2000W max.

The site is very close to Moors Valley Country Park, which was a very good day out. They have lots of walks, a nature trail, fantastic play areas, a mini railway and lots more. We had day trips to near by Bournemouth, Poole, the New Forest and Wimbourne Minster.

I'd definitely go back.

Just got back from haddons farm and to be honest I couldn't fault it. On arrival was shown to our pitch by Dave the warden and the owner (both very polite and helpful)
Site was mostly level, quiet (until we got there) and spacious. 2 showers which cost 20p for about 8 mins (more than long enough) 2 toilets both kept very clean.
Tesco, co-op, fish and chips and pubs all within a couple of miles. Booked to go back 2 more weekend in May.

This is great site tucked away down a short lane away from the hustle and bustle of Three Legged Cross, but in walking distance of the local pub and shop.

The site is all grass no hard standings, with 15 numbered electric hook ups. There is a clean toilet block separate for ladies and gents. There are 2 separate unisex showers,20p for a long shower. There is a chemical waste disposal point.

There is a communal re-cycling point and a rubbish bin by each pitch. Wooden picnic benches are provided for those wishing to use them.

There is no children's play ground. Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times.

A lovely old fashioned type of site, with friendly owners.

Came to haddons farm last week had a very relaxing time with my family and dog. Excellent showers very clean and lots of space to move around not cramped up like some. I always find people on camp sites very friendly and always had time to talk to you.
Woods next to our pitch as ideal for our dog to exercise and a tyre swing so that entertained the boys. Moors valley is just around the corner which is great! We went out everyday to different places, my boy is mad on skateboarding so went to kings park where they have skate park plus a lovely cafe so you can relax aswell.
On Wednesday went to mudeford bay for walking on the beach the haven house pub was a very welcome break in the heat for a nice cold cider will definitely be back soon.

A site for peace and quiet. 15 pitches with hookups, a separate field for tents. Facilities are basic with 2 showers in a portacabin type building, getting old but immaculate. There are no facilities for children.
The owner and two staff are very friendly and helpful and keep the site immaculate. Less than a mile away are a pub with good food at reasonable prices, a mace shop, a spar just around the corner. Heading towards bournemouth at west moors there is a co-op, a kfc type shop and a chinese takeaway, aswell as some more pubs. Probably the best pub is about 5 minutes away on the A31 towards ringwood where if you buy 1 main course you get a second free.
In all a lovely quiet cheap site within easy reach of bournemouth and the new forest and I will definitely be going back, probably again and again as we loved the peace and quiet, not to mention the wildlife around and on the site in the evenings and night

Fantastic campsite. It consists of 2 fields. All the units camp around the outside of the field, allowing the children to play safely in the middle. Facilities consist of a small toilet block - 2 toilets and 2 urinals in the mens and 3 small sinks. A small shower block with 2 showers - 20p for 8 minutes of shower - longer than most campsites. One washing up sink - only cold water. The first field has electric hook ups.
There is no play park, but a small wood ajoins the campsite. Our boys built a great den. There are quite a number of picnic tables for the use of the campers.
It's a 4km walk to West Moors down a very pleasant footpath and country lane. The first field has one half clay soil, the other sandy, so if it's been wet, don't camp near the toilets! Apart from the tranquility and beautiful bird song, the best thing about this camp site is the price. Currently £7/night and £8.50 with electric. No charge for extras (pup tent, awning, extra car etc.). Wonderful.

Remember to bring insect repellent as there are above average number of mosquitoes in the evening.

We had a long weekend at this campsite. There were 2 fields, one for caravans and the other for tents that didnt need electric etc. There were a few (not many) other tents in 'our field', but I dont remember any late night noise or anything. We all had lots of space for our selves and to park our cars etc.

It was flat, and there were lots of bins and cold taps dotted around which was really useful.

There were also lots of communal plastic chairs tables, that you could bring near your tent and make use of if you wanted to, which in my opinion is a really great idea!

The toilets and showers were perfectly adequate, though not anything special and the owners friendly.
There was a little wooden hut with lots of information about things to do in the area.

We walked to Moores Valley and did 'Go Ape' which was great fun!
We had dinner at the pub nearby and the food was fine.
A lovely weekend, and I would certainly consider going back here again.

This is a small-ish campsite with not alot for children / teenagers (but perfect for the group of adults that we were)

The washing up area only had cold water so we didnt use it.
