Beach three quarters of miles within walking distance. Good for surfing, digging sandcastles, playing, dog walking and chilling out.
Pub a mile and a half - also walk there too unless BBQ'ing/chilling on the site. Two fields, lots of room for dogs and children. Toilet block immaculately clean. All the family stay here regularly. Cannot wait to go back again

Passed this campsite on several occasions but had never stayed there before. Decided we'd introduce our twins (toddlers) to camping as well as this beautiful unspoilt countryside. Found this site ideal for our two to discover nature for the first time, sheep in the fields next door that we had to count every morning! birds and wild rabbits in the fields and on the road close by. We could even see stars so bright at night - heaven! Every day we walked down to Hells Mouth beach (15 minutes walk) in glorious weather, myself to find surf and the wife and twins to enjoy the freedom and build sand castles. Plenty of space to spread out. Owners monitors all campers. Very impressed with the facilities and always cleaned several times a day. Very well maintained site and will definitely be back not only with the twins but myself to surf out of the main season.

Lovely site, close to good beaches, however not within walking distance. This is spoilt by terrible facilities. Toilets and showers in a converted cow shed. Showers were either freezing cold or scolding hot. Not suitable for young children. Small playground at the back of the farmyard, which is across the road from the camping field.

Have stayed on this campsite for the 4th year running, short breaks and for a week, but returning in a few weeks time for 3 weeks stay! We all love it on this site - John and Catherine so friendly, helpful and layed back, always have time for a chat and a good laugh. Tents and caravans set around two fields, the second field much bigger. Our three thinks it's great place to make new friends whilst playing field games in the evening. Excellent kept site with toilet block always immaculately clean and a spacious new laundry room last year with loads of fridges and freezers - so handy during hot weather! Our family love walking or cycling down to Llangian village shop, 1 mile away, seeing nature at it's best first thing in the morning or surfing those waves on Hell's Mouth beach just 5 minutes away. Highly recommended to anyone and excellent value for money!

August 2005 My son and I visited the site for the first time and had a fantastic week. We were joined by friends on our third day and it wasn't a problem for them to pitch up next to us. The facilities were excellent, the toilets were very clean, infact each night I met the lady cleaning them - always late on but she always had time for a chat and a laugh! The showers were also excellent, clean and roomy. The washing up room was a fair size and even had a family of housemartins nesting in the roof!
It got busy at weekend, but with the field being so big you didn't feel cramped. Plenty of room for the children to all play in the middle.
We will definitely be staying on this site next year, highly recommended to all!

August 2005 Loads of of open space. Excellent views for miles across flat fields. Measured 0.7 miles from site entrance to hells mouth beach. Road from site to beach is flat and not busy at all. Good for bikes. Its a 10 min drive into Abersoch town through the lovely village of Llangenon. We stayed for the weekend in August. All the other sites were fully booked at this time and when we drove around we found that they were rather packed in compared to our spacous site. The toilet block was a converted shed but it had all the facilites of showers and washing up ect and was always clean and tidy. Beautiful site. We had 4 small kids who has a wild time.

August 2004 Nice site with friendly and helpful owners who allocate you a space when you arrive so there is no risk of idiots pitching their tents in front of your door or in your car space! A bit exposed so get those extra guy ropes on if its windy. Toilet block was basic to say the least a bit dark, draughty and cobwebby but didn't get messy and we stayed at Bank holiday, and there was always hot water. Would definitely go again.
