Well, I never normally leave reviews on these sites, but I really do think it's the nicest campsite I've ever been to. Showerblock well looked after (contrary to some reviews I've seen), everything spick n span, grass trimmed meticulously, and the mini Leisure Centre which my wife and son were never out of! Above all, peace and quiet under the shadow of Ingleborough. Local pub - Masons arms is good too - bit noisy on a Friday night, but nice to see a pub with atmosphere these days!

Well laid out and looked after site, friendly owners and at only £12 per night with no extra charge for dogs great value.

Short walk to the village down the lane to the shops and pubs so a great location.

Only one shower (costs 50p) so can imagine you have to pick your time to go. Facilities dated but clean.

Our issue turned out to be the roaming chickens and cockerel, free to weave in and around the tents/site which was fine in the evening. But the next morning at 5am when they stood right next to our tent and decided we needed to be up can't say I was impressed!

We loved this place but couldn't stay more than one night because of the sleep deprivation!

Nice little site that was kept tidy. Good layout so on hardstanding, which is especially good for the winter.

The washroom facilities are very dated but were clean, shower operates with an honesty box of 50p for a shower.

The nearby pub is walkable along the lane and there is a co-op at the petrol station that is also a short stroll away.

The cost of the site at £12 including hook-up was good.

I'd use this site again in the winter as other choices are limited, but in the summer I'd probably stay at a different site.

I keep meaning to leave a review for this site as I have been many times but have not got around to it,

We are regular campers and I have to say this is a cracking site!

The site has just has a fitness / swimming pool fitted, located 5-10 mins walk from ingleton town,

The owners are lovely, so friendly and welcoming, the lady sells the most amazing free range eggs, highly recommended when you leave if she has not sold out.

The camping field has plenty of space for tents, the tourers are located in the field next door, roaming chickens, Shower and toilets are clean abd adequate.

At £12/night for a motorhome, one of the best value sites we have stayed, ideal for walking and great mountain biking routes near.

Would recommend this site to anyone who are looking to visit the area

A very well situated site only 15 minutes walk from the village. A very quiet site with good views. There are free roaming chickens and a couple of cockerels so you won't need your alarm clock!

The very friendly owner informed us that they are in the process of building an indoor pool and gym for the use of campers and caravanners. This will be open for the 2012 season and the site fees will go up from 11 pounds per night to 12 per night for a caravan with electric.

The toilet block has a shower each for the men and women and two toilets each. This was kept nice and clean but there was no soap supplied for washing hands after using the toilet. There is a 50p charge if you want to use the showers. There is an honesty box for you to put your 50 pence in.

The Masons Arms is only 10 minutes walk from the site. It is dog friendly (bar area)and serves lovely freshly cooked and good value for money food. They serve a mini mixed grill and a mammoth mixed grill but the mini mixed grill is not so mini!

The village, the waterfalls walk and the caves are all within walking distance from this site. The tourist information centre in the village has details of other walks in the area.

We had a lovely weekend at this site and it is at the top of our list of sites to revisit.

A lovely quiet site where we spent 2 nights. Friendly owner. Toilets and shower adequate and clean. There did not seem to be many people on the adjacent static site so no problem with number of toilets etc while we were there.

No specified dog walk but walks from site can be done if you have dogs. Recommend the Three Horseshoes Pub in the village about 15 mins walk.

Spent a night at this site and it made an excellent base for walking on Ingleborough and the visiting Ingleton. It is about a fifteen minute walk into town, where you'll find a number of pubs, outdoor shops, cafes and restaurants. There is also a climbing wall in town. You can walk up Ingleborough directly from here - it's about a 6 mile round trip and worth doing.

On site facilities were fine - there were toilets and showers and all pitches had electricity. Overall, highly recommended site!

The CL site only has 5 spaces, but there is a further field of long term pitches approx 30 vans. These all use same toilet block and I would imagine this would be congested in peak season.

A nice small site in a very quiet setting, owner very helpful.

Site has free roaming chickens, so beware their droppings around caravans. Site 10 minute walk to town which has some good eateries.

Facilities are a little tired but plenty of hot water.

Recommended for a quiet short stay.

Really nice site, friendly and helpful owners. Clean toilets and showers with plenty of hot water. The touring site was fully booked for the New Year holiday but facilities stayed clean and the site stayed quiet, bliss! Well spaced hard standing pitches with lovely views over surrounding hills. Nearby village is a 10 minute walk and has plenty to offer for a browse around with several good pubs serving good quality food. Waterfall walk is well worth the money £4.00, especially after rain. Will certainly be on our list of sites to re-visit

Fantastic CL on farm, Very friendly people and in a great spot for Ingleton. Well worth a visit. Good hard standing pitches. Toilet block is fine and showers are warm, also well lit.

The Masons arms at the end of the road does really good fresh food.

Buy some eggs from the farm, they are really good!
