Stumbled across this gem of a site at the end of a long day searching for a hard-standing pitch in Pembrokeshire.
The site owners Hannah and Darren - her husband could not have been friendlier or more helpful, literally nothing was too much trouble.
Whilst the site is still a work in progress this does not detract from its beauty and tranquillity.
If you're a fisherman this is the place for you. If like me you're not it's still a great site to visit.
The toilet and shower are little more than sheds from the outside, but the interiors are modern, well maintained and spotlessly clean.
Would recommend and will return when in area again.

My friend and I stayed here last weekend for a day of fishing courtesy of my lovely wife! The first thing you notice on arrival is how spotlessly clean the place is - a lot of work has obviously been done to get the place looking good and it really gives you confidence that its going to be a good place to stay. The second thing worth mentioning is the friendliness of the new owners Darren and Hannah. Hannah greeted us and absolutely nothing we asked for was too much trouble. We are both very occasional campers and our probably stupid questions were answered helpfully.
After placing an order for some breakfast rolls the next morning (delivered to your tent a the time specified and absolutely delicious!) we were taking off to see our pitch by the lake side. Plenty of space (we paid a little extra for electric hook up) and right buy the lake so perfect if you are fishing.
The only bad point about our stay was the weather but you cant really blame anyone for that! It did affect the quality of the fishing so hopefully next time we will have some better days.
We ate at the Pendre Inn at the top of the road both nights. Very nice pub food and Hannah organised a taxi there and back for us on the Saturday so we could have a few drinks. Overall I couldn't recommend this place highly enough. Clean, good facilities and a real personal touch with the service. We will be back!

This site is a fantastic location, with very friendly owners who were very helpful. The site itself was very picturesque with several good sized lakes to fish from. We were given a lovely spot to camp on in between two different lakes, with good shelter from trees. We had terrific weather and caught a good amount of fish. The on site shop was well stocked and well priced and they even lent us a bait box.
There is a newly opened pub up the road which is apparently very nice, however we decided to stay on site to enjoy the lovely weather and fishing.
I would happily recommend this site to anyone, even if you didn't want to fish as it is such a lovely location.

Just returned from a fantastic fortnight at Yet y Gors. They made us really welcome with lots of info on local beaches and activities as well as where to eat and shop. Site was great.
Parked close to largest fishing lake where as complete amateurs we still managed to catch 30+ fish! Site was very peaceful with lots of room for kids to explore - which they thoroughly enjoyed.
Only one shower but it was spotlessly clean with loads of hot water at all times. Cold water taps right by caravans was good. Full hook-up facilities. Local beaches lovely and great for body-boarding.
Sea safaris and fishing trips available from loads of places. Crabbing in Fishguard harbour not to be missed! Get your spot on the slipway early! All in all a great holiday.

Just spent ten days on this site and had brilliant time, it now has electric hook ups, the toilet and shower is housed in a shed but its very spacious and very clean. Owners phil and carol are always on hand to help and very friendly. The fishing was excellent caught many carp the best for me being a 15lb grass crap but plenty between 5-11lbs other fish caught were roach, bream, rudd, perch all to a decent size, two eels came out about 2lbs. This site offers opportunity's to visit many attractions of pembrokeshire including st.Davids and its cathedral, many castles and beaches all within a short drive, plus the ferry port at Fishguard only 2 or 3 miles away for that trip away, this site is in perfect place just 30 seconds off the a40. Havafordwest which lies 10 miles away has many supermarkets and shops, eating places are dotted along the A40.

Blisfully peaceful and devoid of any noise! No entertainment - excellent! No play parks - excellent! Camped on the bank of a small trout lake. Small/limited shower and washroom facilities. This site would (currently) have difficulty supporting anything more than a handfull of tents full of people. Very pleasant and helpful owners. No hook ups. Fishing. Fishguard only 3 miles away - easy access by car. If you want utter peace and quiet, this place is bliss.
