Very tidy, quiet and clean site. Easy to pitch and plenty of room between caravans. Just finishing new toilet and shower block so there are now 3 toilets and showers - all very clean and well maintained. Useful laundry area to deal with wetsuits etc after a day on the beach.
Excellent location - easy reach of the beaches (Hells Mouth great for surfing, body boards and kite flying, Aberdaron and Abersoch)and other amenities the area has to offer. Local shops nearby, but supermarkets 30 mins away.
Owners very friendly and helpful. Had a great time and would highly recommned the site for families.

So quiet we were the only campers! This little site is 11 miles outside Pwllhelli. There are only 5 pitches and each one has access to a satellite dish as there is no reception for Tv. The owner rents out freeview boxes for a couple of pound - our tv decided to go on the blink that weekend so he sorted us out with a tv - nothing was too much trouble for Mr Thomas - extremely helpful. There is one shower, one toilet, washing up area with tumble drier and washing machine. Although the weekend that we went was very wet and windy - we had a good time. You would have to make sure that you took plenty of provisions with you as there is not a shop near by. All in all we had a good stay here and would use the site again!

A lovely site. Very clean, and no problems with one loo and shower. Even in wet weather. Lots of good beaches within driving distance and beautiful scenery everywhere. We enjoyed travelling out to mines and steam railways and even Anglesey along with all the castles Wales has to offer. Very friendly owners. Lovely pub in next village and useful shop. Thoroughly recommended by myself, husband and 3 young children.

This is a lovely small site. Very accommodating and helpful even when I decided I was going to turn up a week earlier than I had booked.
The owners are very friendly ad helpful giving direction to the next village and coming to find me later to make sure that I and my 2 children had found it and made it back to site ok as the weather had turned and a thunder storm was coming. Also putting up with endless questions from the children about why the owners were cleaning the toilets with hosepipes and where the wheelie bins were being taken!
Site kept clean and tidy. Even though only one toilet and shower non site was no problems with queuing.
On the day we arrived the children and I decided to walk to the next village of Sarn to get our dinner in the pub. The meal was very nice, the staff very friendly, so much that we went another evening for dinner when the rest of the family joined us, they had no problems cooking for a large group (12 in total). The only thing I would say is before we left I read on the internet it was a 10 minute walk to Sarn, realistically it took us at least 30 mins but we did have young children walking- dont forget a torch (like I did) for the walk home as they are very dark country lanes to walk back along.
Would definitely come back again for another visit

Having just spent a holiday at Criw caravan park Bryncroes with our daughter and her family we would thoroughly reccomend this venue for a perfect relaxed break, everywhere is looked after so well clean facilities every day. It is so quiet and peaceful you automatically relax and Ron and his wife go out of their way to make your stay as pleasant as possible being so helpful at all times. We recommend you bring a sky receiver for the television as the signal is very poor unless you like irish tele. Ron can rent you a receiver at a nominal fee as the dishes are already supplied to the site. Many thanks and best wishes to Ron and his family for one of the best breaks we have ever had.

We have just got back from a lovely week at this site it was so quiet and relaxing just what was needed. The facilities are very clean and there was always hot water for a shower, also a washing machine and tumble drier to use for a small donation which was great.
The owner mr thomas is a lovely chap who goes out of his way to make you feel welcome even loaning us a satallite reciever for the television because we couldnt get a signal for normal tv which was a small fee but worth it. There is a lovely beach not far and pwllheli is only 15 minutes away which has all you need and more. We are looking forward to returning for our next holiday this is a well recommended for anyone wanting to relax in the peace and quiet.

We came to this site last year and could not believe our good fortune, and this year it has been improved with the creation of two terraced areas for 2 additional pitches for tents.
It is a real gem of a site set in a quiet location with wonderful views of Mynydd Rhiw. The site is small, with only 7 spacious pitches and has good facilities (toilet / shower / laundry) to support them. The facilities are very clean and tidy.
The owner and his family are very friendly and make you welcome.

We have just returned from a lovely weekend at this excellent campsite. Very helpful and friendly owners. We were even offered a hot cup of tea on arrival whilst we waited to be pitched, which was a lovely touch. The site has five hookup pitches and space for a couple more vans/tents not requiring electric and for all you posh campers/caravaners there was even four satellite dishes ready for you to just plug in your satellite system!
There was only one toilet and shower but as it is only a small site this wasn't a problem and if you showered outside of peak times it was fine. The showers were free of charge and there was always plenty of hot water whatever time of day or night. There was also good facilities for washing up (free of charge) and a washing machine and tumble dryer (small donation for this facility, considering the amount of stick and energy consumption they use this is totally understandable).
Talking to the site owner, he has plans to make the facilities bigger and even better in the future.
All facilities were kept clean at all times. This is a lovely campsite with fantastic views, peaceful countryside setting and offers excellent value for money. Well worth a visit. We will definitely be coming back here again. Very soon I hope!
We would like to thank the owners for their help, friendliness and hospitality we received during our stay.

Brilliant campsite; good facilities, clean, quiet, close to amenities, very helpful owner, well priced.
Close to Abersoch and Pwhelli - only been to one pub in Bryn Crowes (in the middle of the village - on a bend) - very friendly and a good pint.
Well reccomended

Having been to many touring caravan sites, and I must say, this comes highly rated. This is truly a family run site, within a quite countryside setting that has a commanding view of the lower fields with refreshing mountain ranges to take in every morning. When we were there, we were the only caravan onsite, so we had the whole field to ourselves. The ground was levelled and all facilities were within an arms reach. It was a relaxing trip, and allswell, the pitching rates plus electrics was really a good deal too. Oh, all inclusive, including a hot shower and other facilities like washer and dryer, toilets etc. However the only downside is, there are no T-Mobile network coverage in that area, and that the roads leading to the place is not suitable for larger caravans and the roads are narrow and tight.
