Stayed for 14 nights on this lovely, beautifully kept site. Directions for finding the site were detailed and easy to follow.
Once we were set up, and all pitches were individually serviced with water, electric and wi-fi, Sonja and Wouter invited us for a welcoming drink and provided us with full details of shops opening times, local walks, local markets etc. The owners also occasionally invite the guests to lunch where, for a small fee, you can meet other campers.
We cannot praise Sonja and Wouter enough for such a lovely site and also for rescuing us and our two dirty wet dogs having got lost on one of our walks.

Wow! What a wonderful site.
14 possible pitches of various sizes, three lovely shower rooms, a plunge pool and bar/snack bar.
Dutch owners and hosts Sonja and Wouter cannot do enough for you, they go about looking after you and the site in a calm quiet manner but they are always there for anything you need. Sonja cooks the most beautiful food, for you individually or when she hosts group meals.
In rural Gascony, the views from the pitches are of vines and countryside-so peaceful. Only a couple of miles from Gondrin, where there are all the shops you need, and surrounded by lovely villages to visit. WiFi available at each pitch for a small cost.
Very highly recommended, there are many repeat guests who will agree.

We were made welcome on arrival and put at ease with a nice cold drink. Wouter and Sonjia were absolutely lovely. They were there at anytime if you needed them and we will be returning next year. The site was terrified and the description on the website was spot on. Would recommend this to anyone.

Quite simply this is a stunning site with exceptional owners. They create exactly what they say 'come as guests leave as friends'. We stayed for three glorious weeks and we were truly sad when we departed.
Top class camping facilities - water and electric at each pitch. Washing taken in by owner and returned dried! Bread supplied. Very nice meals organised for the whole site to share together.
Pretty well everyone there when we were there had stayed before - many a number of times. Advanced booking probably necessary even in off-peak times.
Plenty to see locally in the far from well known Gers area. A very quite part of France - we drove for thirty minutes one day before we saw another car!
We'll definitely revisit when we can.

La Brouquere is a small rural site set on a hillside in the Gers [Gascony] vineyards with very large tiered pitches and lovely views over some of the vineyards. The site can accommodate approx 12 units and is owned and managed by a very pleasant and capable Dutch couple.
On arrival we were warmly greeted by the owner and the site facilities were explained to us over a complimentary drink. Facilities are centredon the ground floor of the owners' residence and include a small but attractive reception area, showers/wcs/dishwashing/elsn disposal point. All were immaculately clean. Electricity and water is provided to most pitches. There is a small above ground pool and a spacious children's playground at one end of the site.
We found the atmosphere to be very relaxed and the owners worked hard to ensure that their guests enjoyed their stay. Much appreciated touches include the delivery of delicious bread to order and an excellent laundry service for 3 euros. For those who like to socialise with other campers, the owners host an evening meal on the terrace a couple of times a weeek at reasonable cost.
As dog owners, we were allowed to let our dogs exercise off-lead in an informal area away from other campers, without fuss. A big bonus for any dog owner.
The relaxed atmosphere was enhanced by the total absence of signs and notices regarding rules and regulations, which sadly is the case on many campsites. There was no need for them as everyone respected the owners' enthusiasm and hard work in creating such a lovely site.
In this off the beaten track area one can walk and cycle off site for miles along virtually traffic free lanes surrounded by vineyards. Wine tasting is within walking distance and at the time we visited in September harvesting was in progress. Temperatures ranged from 20 to 33 deg, most days hot sunshine. There are good supermarkets [with fuel] within a 15min drive and a number of pretty villages within a half hour's drive.
For those wishing to relax and get away from it all in friendly surroundings, this is the site for you. An excellent find and we would thoroughly recommend it. At around 16 euros a night, excellent value, too!

Wow! The views here are amazing. The sanitaires are in a class of their own. The owners - walter and sonia are lovely - you leave feeling as if they are your friends! They offer you drinks on arrival, they invite you to a meal of their choice in the evening. The courtyard, pool area and camping area are immaculate. Their house (which houses the sanitaires and the laundry - v reasonably priced) is beautiful and sets the scene for the whole of the campsite. The approach is very narrow and you think you have gone the wrong way but continue on - it is worth it. The village is a 30 min walk but through some beautiful countryside and there is a boulangerie and well stocked spar plus restaurants/hairdressers etc. We will definitely visit again if we are in the area. Walter and Sonia made us very, very welcome. We cannot recommend this site highly enough.
