Stayed here for two nights. We had a good sized pitch with plenty of space. Own ehu and tap. Reasonably priced - I think about 31 euros for a tent and three people (13 yr old counts as extra adult). Booked by phone a couple of days before arrival. Their English is good.
Followed others recommendations from here and visited Paris on the train from the Val d'Europe shopping centre. The train stain station is out the other side of the shops from the car park and has English speaking information available. We bought a ticket for 15 euros each which meant we could use any trains and metro within the Paris 5 boundaries for that day. I have never been on so many trains in my life before! The main tourist sites are spread very far apart so it was great to hop on and off the trains between each one. When we returned to the shopping centre we found a lovely supermarket on the lower ground floor, which I would recommend.
We didn't really have a good look around the site as we weren't there long enough. The toilets were ok by French standards. They had seats and a communal roll of paper on the way in and were clean. Showers were clean but luke warm.
Bread available each morning by ordering the day before.
A good place to stop off on route.

This site is excellent. There, done.
After a long drive we arrived and were promptly shown to a large pitch with some tree coverage. The pitches were *very* big. I've always been warned that pitches in France are generally small - certainly not at this site. They have little hedges at the boundaries of each pitch, clearly a very mature site.
We set up our large awning next to the camper whilst the kids ran off to explore. They came back to report how great the pool and slide looked, how great the play area was etc. And promptly ran off again.
The pool was great. It was an interesting shape which the kids liked and they repeatedly returned to the waterslide. The pool area was well maintained and in great condition.
We saw red squirrels in the trees on site - a nice treat.
The shower blocks were clean and water was warm, never hot, but always warm. Good enough and the kids were happy to use them.
The clubhouse was busy in the evening, wifi worked without issues (during the olympics too!). They had a projector up showing BBC coverage of the Olympics.
The bread and croissants were nice from the shop.
The owners are pleasant and approachable, speak English (luckily, although we had a go).
We used it as a base for Disney, Provins, Paris and Fontainbleau, plus also had a fair amount of time on site using their facilities.
Looks like they are expanding too with new fields and pitches.
I can recommend this site and would happily revisit.

This is the second time stopping at this site and I could not praise it enough. The whole experience makes you want to stop longer, from the friendly greeting you get when you arrive. The pitch sizes are huge with a good mix of English Dutch German campers. The pool was great for the family, two sets of toilets and showers and never any queuing. On an evening you could go down to the bar and sit and have a quite drink or order food from the takeaway(basic but nice and not overpriced) euro Disney approx 25mins away val d Europe is a huge shopping complex you could spend a whole day there but make sure you take plenty of money. All in all had another fab week and just looking to the next time.

We have just returned from staying on this site from the 27th of June to the 3rd of July 2011, all we can say is what an excellent choice of site we made for the first week of our holiday. Madame Sophie, and Monsieur Olivier are the most welcoming and pleasant of hosts. The size of the pitches are very good, and took our tent with extention, which when combined are around 8 metres in length. They are well set up and cater for children very well, (we had our two grandsons 8&10 with us), with a free swimming pool, and provide free table tennis bats and balls, free footballs for the small football pitch, a free trampoline, and various other free things for them. There are four fishing lakes available at 5euro's per half day, or 20 euros for the week.
Bread can be ordered from the reception, delivered fresh daily, milk can be bought along with other bits and pieces, but the main supermarkets are 5km away in Coloumiers. The site is around 1. 5kms outside the village of Touquin, where there is a small shop/bar, supermarket (which we did not use), and a bakers.
The toilet and shower facilities are cleaned several times a day and are kept lovely and clean, the showers are free to use, and are warm but not hot. There is a well appointed pot wahing area, which also doubles as a laundry room, the washer and dryer work off tokens purchased from reception, and both take around 40 mins per token.
The site is well placed for DLP, 30 mins, and for the Valle de Europe shopping centre from where you Can catch the RER A Train to Paris, again 30 mins away, but be aware that the gates of the shopping centre are closed and locked at 22. 00.
We had a very enjoyable stay, and would most definitely return again to this site.

This is a great site. It had everything we needed and was very well run. We stayed in a static. Looked brand new and spotlessly clean. Red squirrels running around outside. We saw the tent area and it looked like the pitches were a good size.
The owners were friendly and helpful. Sophie helped me with travel plans and suggestions for Disney. Nothing was any trouble.
Lovely bar with tv for matches. Fresh bread croissants etc delivered each morning so you just leave in your order the evening before.
Pool was nice and spotlessly clean. There was a brand new waterslide just opened. I chose it because I wanted to have the option of bringing kids to the pool if the weather was too hot for Paris/ Disney. There is a play area and a trampoline. The countryside is beautiful. Nearby farms are planted with wheatfields with poppies growing wild.
This site is within easy reach of Disney, Val d'Europe shopping centre and trains to Paris. They sell tickets for Disney on site at a good price ( local hotels/ campsites have a discounted rate )

This campsite was absolutely brilliant and We cannot wait to go back. It is ideally situated for Paris, Disneyland and the Asterix. As the previous reviewers have said the owners are very helpful and friendly they will advice and give directions for parking and on train tickets. They have special offer tickets for Disneyland which we bought and got a day for free which was useful as Disneyland takes a few days to get round one day is not enough. The meals are good value and taste good. You can order your bread for each morning to be collected from the on site shop. The shop does have some provosions like crisps and sweets for the kids. The pool although chilly at times is a good size and there are plenty of seats and sun loungers. The pitches are more ample size and there is shade on them if needed.

We have literally just returned from a 4 day 3 night break at Les Etangs Fleuris. We chose this site after reading about it on this web site. What can I say the site it fantastic. We took our Horizon 8 Tent and the pitch we were given was HUGE. The whole site was exceptionally clean and tidy and very welcoming. The reception team were very nice and helpful. The reception was open from 8am and stayed open until around midnight. At any time of the day you could nip in and order fresh breads etc for the next day.
The swimming pool was lovely but beware its mighty COLD. We had the pool mostly to ourselves and the most people we counted in the pool were 14 inc 6 us. The site was lovely and peaceful but it really is only 30 mins from euro disney car park to the site! Ask at reception about where to park etc and they will give you the best deals etc.
The showers were spotless and the water was lovely and hot. There are also free electric points in there to dry your hair which is a bonus.
The on-site shop is very limited but a 5 min drive into the village and you will find a shop selling most things.
All in all we will definitely be going back.

This site was absolutely lovely and the two of us and our two kids (7 and 8) had a lovely time.
We were on site for 8 nights and were given a lovely welcome by Sophie and her husband. The communication via email was brilliant and as we arrived - Sophie clarified how big our tent was, and we were given an excellent large pitch down by one of the fishing ponds. Most of the pitches are well shaded in the trees, but the sun breaks through at lunch to give a perfect balance. There is table tennis, a nice park for younger kids, trampoline, boules pitch, football pitch, fishing on site (chargeable) and WI-FI in the main building. You can order bread and croissants on site for the next morning which are delivered fresh.
The pool is lovely and although not heated, warms up in the afternoon. The boys loved playing in the pool and as most people are out on day trips does not get busy until late afternoon. There is 2 wash blocks (the second is only open in high season) are just what you need. They provide all the necessary things you expect and are always kept spotlessly clean.
The location of the site is quiet, near to the small village of Touquin (with a bakery and a corner shop). Coloummiers is about a 20 min drive and is a lovely town with all a Carrefour and Le Clerc supermarket (market in the town twice a week). Provins is another lovely place to visit and is only a short drive away.
We visited Disneyland on our last day and is only a 30 min drive. The site is ideally located for both Disney and Paris.
This site was a real gem and everything is really well looked after here. We don't often return to the same site but we would definitely return here. Could not recommend highly enough

Can't wait to go back. Absolutely fantastic site.
We've just returned from an 11 night stay at this site. Our pitch was huge, we've got an 8 berth tent plus extension, plus toilet tent and car and we had our tables and 5 chairs on one side of the tent and on the other we had our swingball and there was still plenty of room. Never had such a big pitch and there was no extra cost either. Each pitch is separated by waist high hedges and we were surrounded by trees which were a welcome shade during the hotter days but not too thick not to let the sun shine through, so it was perfect. The whole site is spotlessly clean, lots of people had there dogs with them but not once were we disturbed by barking or unruly dogs. We saw red squirrels jumping through the trees and heard owls hooting, saw hedgehogs, it is an absolutely beautiful setting.
The owners Sophie and her husband spoke very good english and were very helpful. As other people have said in other reviews Sophie was able to tell you how to get to Paris on the RER/metro etc. We went to Paris twice, we parked in the Val D'Europe car park (Castorama) end and walked through the Danube entrance into the shopping centre, up the stairs, turn left, out the exit and walk 5 mins straight ahead and the RER/metro station is on your left. Buy a Paris Visite ticket zones 1-5 for a child under 11 which cost about 10 euros for return and a Mobilis ticket for adults and older children zones 1-5 which cost about 14 euros each return. These tickets are for 1 day and cover both the RER and the metro services. Parking in Val D'Europe is free. There is a huge supermarket in there as well and I advise you to buy drinks and sandwiches in there if you're off to Paris for the day because the prices are extortionate in Paris. The supermarket is called Auchan and stocks everything. The Sea Life Aquarium is also in Val D'Europe and is situated at the other end of the shopping centre. We enjoyed having a wander in there and if you get your hand stamped you can come and go as you please throughout the day.
Paris were good days out, lots to see, very busy and very hot. The metro was just like London, easy to understand and use. I advise you to prebook your tickets if you want to go up the Eiffel Tower otherwise you could be queuing for a good 3 hours or more, not fun when you've got kids.
Parc Asterix was good too, well worth a visit. The dolphin show was amazing and was included in the entrance fee.
The site itself is gorgeous. A super swimming pool and although rather chilly didn't bother my kids aged 19, 16 and 7 and to be honest was a welcome cooling off on those hot days. Loads of sunbeds and patio chairs surrounding the pool. The toilets were cleaned regularly as were the showers and the washing up area. We never had to queue for a shower either in the morning or the evening and the water was always just at the right temperature. The 'takeaway' was good value, we ate there twice during our stay.
The whole site had a nice friendly, relaxed atmosphere and was in a good location. We can't wait to go back.

Excellent is the only word you need to remember. From the meeting of sophie and husband who jump straight on their bikes to escort you, to the end of our stay 1st class family site. Teenagers may be struggling hey kids take your laptops ipods ect you will be fine in the bar with the free wifi. Pool wasnt heated which was a downside as it was very cold. We stopped in a Flores unit superb, sunshine early to late the rest of the camp was set in trees so not so lucky but all looked lovely. The 20 min drive to Disney - Val de Europe takes in the longest tree lined straight roads I've ever known 6. 5 miles long the one. Provins well worth a day out and easy drive. Would 100% go again.
