Stayed 5 nights at this delightful site with particularly friendly and helpful British owners. Room for 4/5 units. Shower & toilet facilities very clean and perfectly adequate. Had a few problems with electrics at first and wasn't sure if it was just the 6 amps or something to do to the excessive rain! But it got sorted and no problems later on. The optional farmhouse meal with the other people on the site was a great success. Wifi seemed to work. Just a pity that the owners hadn't organised wall to wall sunshine! But in spite of all the rain, we didn't get flooded out. We would certainly return there again.

This was a fantastic discovery after 30 years visiting France. A small private site set in really lovely countryside with a real friendly feeling. There is much to see and do both nearby and a little further lovely seasides on the north and south Brittany coasts. The site is beautifully maintained and the hosts could not have been more helpful and always keen to offer advice on days out etc. Small village within easy walking distance for daily supplies with larger villages 10 minutes away.
We stayed a month and still didn't manage to visit all the places on our list. Oh well there is always next year !

This was our second visit to this lovely CL-type site, in the heart of Brittany.
The site is immaculately maintained - more like a garden than a campsite. There are electric hook-ups and a toilet/shower-room, so all the comforts of home.
The site owners are welcoming and helpful. Whilst keen to ensure that you make the best of your stay, they're not at all intrusive. Victor prints the weather forecast each day, to enable you to plan your activities accordingly. That said, we've had excellent weather for both our visits.
Being in central Brittany, the site is only about an hours drive to either coast, so makes a very good base for exploring whether by car, bike or on foot. We recommend the 'Walks in Morbihan' and 'Walks in Cotes d'Armor' books by HG Randall, published by reddogbooks, and have used them extensively. (There is also a Walks in Finistere book, by Wendy Mewes, which is equally good. )
The site is less than a mile to a general store, for bread etc. The small town, Mur de Bretagne, is a little further away but has a good selection of shops and a market.
We look forward to returning.

Stayed at Le Boterff for 8 nights during the first week of the Tour de France. It's a fantastic CL type site, flat pitching areas with on site Shower & WC ( very clean ) very restful, no passing traffic just very beautiful Breton countryside. The small village of St Mayeux is approx 1 mile away and has a shop, bar/restaurant; the nearby village of St Gilles is about 2 miles away and has a good restaurant. Within 10 mins drive is Mur de Bretagne with a supermarket and a range of shops and more restaurants etc. Lots to do in the area great cycling and walking.
The owners are really helpful and friendly and always on hand should you need them. Be aware that you are unable to park your car on the site, parking is provided outside the main house.
We will definitely return

This is a cracking little site, with very welcoming and helpful owners.
The site is adjacent to the owners property which has lovely gardens. The pitches are flat and the grass is kept short. It only has one toilet and one shower, but they are modern and kept immaculately clean.
The area is good for exploring. We particularly enjoyed the nearby Lac de Guerledan for walking and cycling. You can swim, canoe etc in the lake in the warmer weather.
Its a short drive to the local town for bread, meat, fish and so on.
NB there is a gite available for rent.
We look forward to returning.
