Great campsite and Angus the owner is always available.
£20 per night for large pitch with electricity.
Spotlessly clean with plenty of hot water and even a heated towel rail (a first for me)
20 minute walk downhill into Tobermony & £6 for a taxi back

Excellent quiet site with a single good clean shower, with heated towel rail.
Walking distance from Tobermory Cafe Fish, for a fabulous meal.
Late in the season, so very peaceful.

Fitted us in at short notice.
We had a good spot, not too far from the facilities.
Great atmosphere and friendly people.
Great location.
We only stayed for one night but we would definitely come back.

Campsite was lovely and very well maintained. Very calm and peaceful place to stay.
Perfect location as it’s only a 5 minute drive from the main town and you can even walk it in around 15 minutes which was perfect for my partner and I as we could have a few drinks with our meal in town and not have to worry about driving back, which is rare for my partner as he is always usually driving 😊
Angus (the owner) is also very friendly and helpful.
Would highly recommend this campsite as a place to stay in Tobermory 😁

Lovely peaceful site, friendly owner and eagles flying overhead.
Showers and toilets clean -could maybe do with more in busier seasons.
Would definitely visit again. Dog friendly.

This is a pleasant site as described by other reviewers. It is, however, mainly a campervan site.
Tents and caravans are on the same site by the road, which is single track and has a pleasant hillside view and associated grazing dairy cattle and deer.
We are self sufficient and did not use the facilities and as a result are unable to comment.
There was a group of badly behaved children there, and an area designated for ball games may have been useful.

This is a very well kept campsite with good facilities.
It is about 1.5 miles out of Tobermory town itself but the bus does run by the campsite. It is a pretty steep gradient to walk so no problem going down but quite a slog on the return.
The campsite is an ideal location to drive to Salen, Dervaig(pub here) and Calgary beach which is superb.
Golden eagles were regular visitors to the sky when out walking and seals and otters were spotted at Croig.

We had stayed here 6 years ago and noticed a few changes. The small tent field by the wall and stream is no longer used and a larger tent field is now located at the front by the road. The site is really now set up for camper vans and has lost a lot of it's former charm and appeal.
There is no view, the tent field has no character and is right by the road. However, there are some major selling points!
The field is flat and relatively free draining. We had 100mm of rain in 24 hours! The stream did turn into a raging torrent. There is considerable shelter from surrounding trees and hills. We experienced 50mph SW winds and survived with just one broken tent pole. The road is quiet overnight.
Tobermory is a short drive or 30 minute walk away.
The showers are hot, clean and spacious. We stayed here twice in the fortnight (3 nights and 2 nights) each time to shelter from some severe winds. It's not the most picturesque site on Mull, but if the wind gets up, it's certainly the most sheltered.
Co-Op and shops in Tobermory, excellent sea food, bakery and local cheese and meats available from nearby shops.

We stopped over at this perfectly pleasant little upland site for one night. It's just a 5 minute drive down the hill to Tobermory harbour.
All the pitches are handstanding with an EHU. The loos and showers were okay and there are okay facilities for disposal of grey water and chemical loo waste.
A good base to explore the north of Mull, but not really a destination in itself.
