Rushin House is fabulous. The campsite is on a hill, but tiered so the pitches are level and looking down onto a beautiful lake.
It has absolutely spotless facilities, every need catered for, play area for kids, short walk along the lake.
There's a small area for tents on same level as the lake so our first sight in the morning was swans on the lake, stunning.
It's a steep walk up the hill to the toilets which may bother some with mobility issues, but this was absolutely no problem for us.
Highly recommend.

We want to let you no how much we enjoyed our stay. Firstly thank you for the lovely welcome, great start to our weekend. Then what can I say, the caravan site is the best we ever stay on, so clean and well maintained. The facilities are first class and you have catered for all ages. The setting is a gem. We are so looking forward to staying with you again soon and would recommend it to anyone. Thank You

Cannot speak highly enough about Rushin House Caravan Park. My wife and I were coming to visit family in Enniskillen and we fancied camping, so decided to choose somewhere close by and stumbled across the Rushin House website.
The site is simply wonderful - we pitched our tent next to the lake, which gave us an amazing view both by day and night Tents have their own pitch area, but share the facilities with the caravanners.
The facilities are top-notch and everything good facilities should be - clean, warm and well maintained.
We have no children but the families on site who did have children seemed to have little difficulty keeping them entertained, thanks to the play park, fishing in the lake, and the walk along the shore.
The site was quiet at night and the barrier is closed at 11pm so we felt very secure.
It was a terrible shame that we couldn't have stayed there longer, but We will be back

I’ve previously done a review on Rushin House Caravan Park but I think it is perhaps time to tell a little more. So much of me wants to keep this place all to myself, but that would be selfish. A lot has happened since my last review and looking back on each season we have seen the site evolve into the beautiful park that it is today.
The owners continue to be very welcoming and friendly, much needed in any business these days but this is much more than a business for them. This is a way of life so closely woven into their family lives that it has to be just right and it is. There is nowhere else you will get such a warm welcome, a visit on your first night to check all is OK, help with pitching, a farewell chat and a share of the family dog!
Since my last visit here there have been 14 additional pitches positioned up by the amenity block. This certainly addresses any problems of disabled visitors needing to negotiate the hill and having stayed in this area I found it very convenient for the bathrooms and the views are absolutely stunning.
No site can be 100% but this is as close at it gets, there’s a mention in another review about lack of awning space! What environmentally friendly caravanner still pitches on grass? Nothing worse than yellow dying grass on a caravan site, you won’t find that here, most will pitch awnings on the concrete. Breeze blocks are provided for extra weight if needed.
As for mention of pitches not completely flat, the very most you will need is a small ramp, but better that water drains naturally from your pitch than pooling around your door! If only all campsites had pitches this size, there’s enough room to build a house on your pitch!
The facilities as always are spotless, the owners themselves (no contracted cleaners here) maintain a very high level of cleanliness and the clientèle are proud to maintain this.
The children’s park seems a massive hit as does the sports pitch, table tennis and boules areas. I’m told the fishing is amazing our kids have caught some but many keen anglers catch well over 50 in one session (our kids are very jealous).
With the addition of the new lakeside walk and fishing jetty there just seems to be a little bit more to do, especially with our dogs. Parents are seen walking little ones down to fish and watch the birds. This is a very family friendly site with lots of parents watching out for all children.
Even our dog was depressed leaving Rushin House!

This is a wonderful place for a wonderful holiday! The site is very well kept, situated on the edge of the lough and the owners are very friendly and helpful.
All pitches are level and fully serviced with their own water, waste and electric point.
All have a pleasant view of the lough and surrounding hills. There's a lovely walk around the lough, with thoughtfully placed seats for further enjoyment of the views, peace and tranquillity.
There is a small jetty for fishing, children's' play area and other activities which you can enjoy.
There is lots to do and see in this area too

We chose this site on recommendation of some friends we met on a rally, and were we pleased that we did. As with previous reviews we found it to be probably the best site in our tour of Ireland that we stayed at.
The 10 new pitches at the top of the site were now open, so we used one. They are enormous, but still not quite flat so we had to use levelling blocks (we decided that they were purposely made this way to allow the rainwater to drain off)
The boardwalk along the edge of the lake was receiving finishing touches, like lights all the way and a small fishing pier as well as a few seats. Just right for that after dinner stroll with a glass of wine in hand.
They also made a bit more hard standing for the tent campers to park their cars on whilst we were there.
All the facilities including laundry were immaculate.
The only slight downside we found as motorhomers was that it was quite a walk in to the village of Belcoo to get any shopping, and the site itself did not have even the basics like bread or milk.
We would definitely stay there again.

There weren't many other motorhomes / tourers here when we were which made this a peaceful location. The site wasn't open long (as we visited in early March) and there was some construction going on to make some more pitches, which are hopefully going to be finished by Easter.
The location right on the shores on Lough MacNean is truly stunning and there's a jetty to launch boats too.
The park's sanitary block is spotless and cleaned daily and the children's play park is very well kept, as is the site itself.
It's only about 10/15 minutes from Enniskillen and 3/4 mile from the lovely village of Belcoo where there's some convenience shops and restaurants and the small town of Blacklion, just across the north/south border.
Plenty of great attractions in the area, reasonable prices and very friendly owners.
Overall, highly recommended.

As with all the other reviews, great views, well maintained, spotless facilities, the kids loved the small park and football pitch.
Although your beside the lake its no more dangerous than the beach, you have to walk a fair bit out before it gets deep, but always use your common sense when near any water.
It did rain once but it didn't spoil things, the ground drained well, personally we had a great relaxing time, its my kind of site, not many pitches, a park for the kids and places to go and see, even over the border just a drive away.
Deserves all its awards hands down.
Books out pretty quick though, get on that phone.

The owners work very hard to provide a park with spotless facilities and it is a wonderful site to recover from the stress of modern life with a peaceful situation overlooking the Lough.
The double width pitch is provided so that awnings can be erected on the concrete and pegged to the grass. The only just perceptive gradient on the pitch is to allow the rainwater to run off.
A lot of thought has been put into this site as the weather in Ireland can test the best of us at times.
We will return to this well managed park again and again.
