Just returned from an Easter weekend break, we love this quiet and peaceful site. This was our 3rd visit and can't wait to return in the summer.

Mrs williams very helpful, toilet and shower block cleaned regularly and there is never too much of a wait to use.

The site is ideally located for exploring other towns and places of interest.

Fantastic beaches and coastline nearby that the kids love! Best bit - Star gazing at night - fantastic!

We have just returned from a holiday at Gwyndy Farm.

The location is excellent but somewhat exposed during the high winds of the last week. The area offers fantastic beaches and lovely countryside for those that like to walk.

The facilities on the site are basic (2 showers, 2 toilets) compared with other sites we have stayed on. The showers were expensive at £1 and lasted a very short time, a female friend had to put in another £1 when she washed her hair. Only one of the showers had a basin for shaving and had in it 1 of only 2 toilets The other toilet had a basin but no mirror. It must be said that the toilets etc were kept clean and tidy.

We paid for electric hook-up which was at such a low ampage that all electrics in the van had to be turned off so a kettle could be boiled and even then you risked tripping the safety.

Mrs Williams is very friendly and the farm animals in the near vicinity pleased our grand-daughter. A good big field with all the caravans and tents round the edges meant plenty of area for children to run round and play.

I thought it was a bit expensive for such basic facilities but it is perfect for a quite getaway.

Stayed over the Bank Holiday and Mrs Williams kindly accommodated us at very short notice after another site had let us down. We only stayed for a few nights unfortunately as this is an excellent new camp site. Quiet yet appealing with excellent facilities ! Shops about 5 mins away and perfectly positioned for Abersoch, Aberdaron and Pwhwlli. We loved Aberdaron beach and the hills. There are lots of beaches though around to choose from and lots of relaxing (or more ambitious) walks around for those who love the fresh air. We really enjoyed it and Will definitely go back.

We loved this campsite, very friendly and helpful owners who couldn't do enough to help. We spent 10 days in July, and then went back last week for 5 days with grandchildren. Not very much for children on site, just a few swings, but it did not matter, the kids loved it, and the surrounding areas made up for it.

Toilets and showers are spotless, with fridges and a freezer for campers use, washer and dryer available for a £1 a go (got clothes really clean) If you want a peaceful and simple camping holiday then this is the site for you. At 10pm every thing went so quiet never had a bad nights sleep due to other campers. But please do be aware that this is a working farm, so animal noises come with the package. Cannot wait to go back next year

Recently returned from a great w/end at Gwyndy Farm. The site was a little difficult to find but follow instructions on page and don't be tempted to turn off!

The site is small and lovely with spectacular views of both mountains and the sea. The amenities are limited but are immaculate and inviting. We were the only ones there for both nights which was different but rather nice having a site all to ourselves. Mr and Mrs Williams were very friendly and their eggs were scrummy for breakfast! Lots of cows, chickens and cats to look at. Very basic playarea. Just some swings but ours didn't mind and were busy anyway. There are some lovely beaches around the Llyn peninsula and we visited Abersoch, Criccith and Whistling Sands but have to say the best beach was about 1or 2 mile from site. Large expanse of sandy clean beach, only handful of people on it despite glorious weather. The sea was clean and there was the most vivid and beautiful seaweed we have ever seen. We will definitely be going back for longer next time. Thanks Mrs Williams for such lovely place

This was our 2nd visit to this site and we are booked again for this summer. The pitches can accommodate large tents which is essential for us and 5 pitches have EHU.
The site is situated on a family run farm and has 2 toilets, 2 showers and use of washing machine, dryer, a fridge and a freezer. We love this site as it's a great base to explore the surrounding area and all the nearby beaches, our favourite being 'whistling sands'.
We walked to the Red Lion pub a few times, the food is lovely and there's a large play area for the children, there's a fantastic Indian restaurant in Nefyn and local shops selling fresh seafood. We had fresh eggs from the farm and honey made locally which is sold from a house in Edern.
We stayed for 10 days over Easter, you definitely need wellies if it rains as it gets quite boggy by the gate but apart from that we think it's our favourite site in this area of Wales

This a brilliant little site and ideal for families as there is no escape routes for the children! Little play area for them and my girls loved watching the cows coming in for milking. Pitches are a good size but we had the whole field to ourselves for one night - great.

Great working farm and the facilities are spotless! Toilet and showers cleanest I've seen. Friendly welcome, all in al highly recommend it. It's a great base for touring a lovely part of Wales.

What a fantastic campsite can't recommend it enough - we had a wonderful, relaxing week staying at Gwyndy Farm. The owners were helpful, friendly and lovely people.

Our children loved the campsite with all the animals, calves, hens, rabbits etc. The campsite is a great flat field with lovely lush green grass that is well maintained. The facilities were excellent with 2x fridge freezers, chest freezer washing up area, toilets, coin operated showers / washing machine / drier.

Lovely views, peace and tranquillity - well worth a visit :-)

Stayed at this campsite for six nights early September, we were the only people brave enough to camp in the torrential rain and high winds that we experienced that week. The field did get rather boggy (only to be expected). Wellie were essential.
£1 for 5 min shower, but can't complain because camp fees very reasonable at £8 per night. Two toilets and two showers kept clean, fridge and freezer facility, washer and drier available at £1 each.
Local pub (The Lion) only twenty minutes walk, but down a road with no footpath or lighting. Good range of local beers and very nice food. Site in good location for touring the Lleyn Peninsula.
This is a working dairy farm, we saw lots of calves including new born. Mr and Mrs Williams very helpful, happy to stand and have a natter with you.

We arrived at Gwyndy Farm on May the 25th and stayed for six nights, this was the first time we had been to this campsite and it won't be the last! really pleased we found it.
We had our tent with electric hook-up. Mr and Mrs Williams (owners) are very welcoming and helpful people. This is a proper working farm. The showers are kept very clean, there are also freezers and fridges to use (free) plus a washing machine and tumble dryer (£1).
This campsite is set in a very pretty area, totaly relaxing and peaceful. Only farm noises! including cockeral wake up calls! The villiage is only 1 mile walk along the road and has a shop / post office and The Lion Hotel, which is open all day and serves food.
The meals at the Lion are excellent and well worth a visit very popular so can get very busy. You can also walk to the beach. There are excellent clifftop walks and you can get down to some of the coves - we also saw seals in the sea. This is a new campsite and we (myself, husband, daughter, dog) were all very impressed and look forward to going back.
If you want a relaxing break in a beautiful area then try this campsite.
