Just got back from a week at Manor Bungalow, great site lovely owners there to help but not in you're face.
Very clean and well kept close enough to skegness not to be a drag to drive but far enough away that when you get back at night you can relax in peace and quite.
Parrot rescue down the rd well worth a visit. (1 mile)
Owner sells fresh free range eggs at a very reasonable price.
Not much in the immediate area to keep kids amused but great for couples or people with older children who want to get away from everything (good phone signal on 02/Orange)
No toilet on site but nice clean fresh water area and toilet emptying area.
We will definitely stay again next year.

Just returned from a four night Easter break at this wonderful CL. Having been met by the site owners on arrival we were made to feel at home straight away.
As described in a previous review the site itself has all the features of a very well run CL. The location is ideal for day trips to Skegness however the site itself is so peaceful and tranquil you could be a million miles away from the hustle and bustle of the seaside resort.
The free roaming chickens and peacocks were a delight for our two children who also loved the freedom they had playing on this large spacious site.
This is truly one of those hard to find sites that you would love to tell everyone to visit but on the other hand would like to keep secret so you could return whenever you liked.
High praise to the delightful family who own and run this site,(caravanners themselves). They made us feel so welcome from the word go and even brought over Easter chocolate goodie bags for all the children staying on the site on Easter morning.
Will definitely be returning.

Visited this Site for Easter, lovely setting and probably one of the best Sites we have been to in this area. Access is no problem with decent roads from the A52 to the Site (about 1.5 miles)
Fowl wandering round freely. Came back from a day out to find two chickens roosting in the awning - much to the amusement of the children.
Field is large, almost level, and surrounded by trees which makes it very sheltered from the wind - I would imaging a real sun trap in the summer! Plenty of 'hook-ups' dotted about and owner lets you park where you want. I would imaging with 5 vans on the field wouldn’t feel crowded.
Recycling bins, water tap and brick built up elsan in field, with a small shed full of leaflets for surrounding area. Fenced of pond at bottom of field near the entrance. There is no play area for the kids, but since our group had the fields to ourselves kids were happy to play around the field.
'Peters Eden Farm' on other side of fence with pigs, sheep and chickens. (They were lambing whilst we were there)
Local shop and pub a pleasant five minute walk away, shop sells everything you could need - including calor gas, also a park in the village and playing fields.
Overall - great site, great value and we will definitely visit again.

We've been to this lovely little CL twice now and the welcoming owners couldn't be more helpful.
It's caravan club members only and only 5 vans allowed. Hook ups are available but no toilet facilities or playground. There is a fenced pond on site with geese, ducks, hens and peacocks free roaming.
Very quiet and peaceful with lots of wildlife.
A pub selling traditional pub meals and a shop within a ten minute walk. We will definitely return.
