What a little gem of a site, just our cup of tea. Beautifully laid out with neat short grass and gravel roads & hard standings. In the middle of the lovely quiet Suffolk/Norfolk countryside. A mix of static holiday lodges, caravans, motorhomes & tents. Water & EHU points dotted around the site. Excellent and professionally built and equipped facilities block which was kept very clean & well stocked. 50p for a very long & hot shower. Dish W/U facilities under cover with plenty of hot water. Very friendly owners and their daughters that help with the running of the site. Excellent value for money.

In June we had the most delightful experience of staying at Lowe Caravan Park, Watton, Norfolk. A beautiful site greatly cared for by the owners Chris and May, the charm and friendliness of them both brings a smile to my face now, along with the rest of the family. Penny who runs the Tea rooms, a lovely experience, cakes to die for !

This was by far the nicest two weeks we have spent for some time, and were sad to leave, a truly lovely site in every way, and a good place to base yourselves for touring around Norfolk with all it's many interesting places to visit inland and coastal. I am not going to say anymore in case when we want to book again, we may find all the lovely pitches taken. Can't wait to retire and spend more time there.

Immaculate, well maintained site with colourful bushes, plants and lots of trees and field views. Dogs have to be kept on a lead on site but there is a dog walk area beside the site so no problem. A nearby resident barn owl flies past every evening on a hunt. Lots of other birds. There's Penny's tearoom run by the Lowes' daughter for breakfasts, lunches and snacks - open 9 am-3pm. Shower/toilet blocks are always clean.

Chris and May Lowe are very friendly. Chris is into restoring vintage cars - amazing work! Watton town, apart from restaurants, pubs and small shops, has a hardware shop that sells virtually everything. The town and a Tescos are about 2 miles away by car or walkable if you so wish. Planes from RAF Mildenhall in Suffolk do fly over sometimes but again not a problem. It is a small, adults only site so it is peaceful! Really enjoyed our stay there.

Just back from spending a lovely weekend at this gem of a site. Extremely well kept, and a credit to it's owners hard work. Pitch was of a good size with hard standing and over looking open countryside. Showers and toilets clean and tidy at all times. Other campers on the site very friendly. Roads surrounding the site okay for cycling. Cycled to Watton (only 2 miles up past the very smart looking golf course)and a couple of surrounding villages. Will definitely be returning.

Just returned from our third stay in 12 months here and cannot praise Chris & May enough for not only their hositality but the labour of love & time that has been spent over the years both creating & maintaining this 'Adult Only' site.

The facilities are kept spotlessly clean and the rules are kept to a minimum, like providing it's not needed, there is none of the 'you need to vacate your pitch by such and such a time or pay extra etc'

The fees are very competitive to say the least.

The addition of Penny's Tea Room this year literally has to be the cream on the cake and seems popular with all who use it wether staying on site or just passing by.

If you like peace and quiet in well maintained surroundings with views over cornfields on two flanks then look no further.

Nearby Watton has a major store and we have tried several of the nearby (short car journey) pubs. The Old Windmill at Gt Cressingham is a Dog Friendly pub with a good selection of beers and food but beware of the Old Rosie Cider, it's very drinkable but @ 7% ABV has a kick on it like a mule!

The sunday Carvery at The Swan in Hilborough, also dog friendly, can be a real plateful, all home prepared and cooked, very poular as well.

We could go on & on but the best thing is for you to try this site it and see for yourself.

What a lovely site this is! We stayed for 3 nights whilst visiting family on what turned out to be the hottest weekend of the year. We too were greeted with a cup of tea or coffee and biscuits which was greatly appreciated after a three hour drive with no stops.

The pitches are large and there's a lovely feeling of space on the field, which is very well looked after. The toilets are spotlessly clean although only one shower in ladies and gents but with only 20 pitches we never had to wait.

The owners are very hospitable and surprisingly flexible, when we asked what time we needed to be offsite on the day we were leaving we were told 'oh we're not like that here, we don't have lots of rules and regulations'.

Which made a nice change from many other sites we've been on. The one and only criticism we had would be the sound of yapping dogs from what seemed to be a nearby kennels at certain times of the day and there were a few dogs on site which obviously made some noise but even this wouldn't stop us from returning to this delightful site.

We will be back.

Just spent 3 nights at this site and will certainly be going back,

We were met with coffee on our arrival by the owners who are very nice and most helpful.

The toilet block is spotless and the whole site is beautifully kept,

Although a little rural it is easy to get to Watton 5 mins away, not a lot to offer but does have a Tesco which is quite useful.

It's also very easy to get to Swaffham which is a nice little town and has a Waitrose or further afield to the sea.

It is one of the best sites we have stayed on.

Just spent a couple of nights at this lovely site.

The instructions from the owner’s website are spot on and it is very easy to find. The field has well spaced out pitches with mainly hard-standings, but some grass pitches for tents. Each pitch has electric.

The site is immaculately kept with lovely flowers around the toilet block.

In the ladies (didn't go in the gents!) there are 3 toilets and a shower which are very clean. The shower requires a 50p coin and lasts for perhaps 15 minutes. Only downside is the water pressure is a little low, but not a major problem.

I don't know about the surrounding area as we were visiting family. The owners were lovely and the site a credit to them. I highly recommend this site.

 What a lovely site.

On arrival greeted with coffee while we booked in. The owners are very friendly. The friendly attitude seems to continue through out, all the other people on site spoke and smiled. What a change from the 'your interfering with my pitch attitude'.

Shown to our pitch, which was nice and flat. The grounds appear to be lovingly tended. We have a camped widely through out the UK and only one other site matches the cleanliness of the facilities block.

Watton is not a remarkable place. The Local Butcher is worth a look for the hot roast meat rolls. Pubs are pretty awful with the exception of The Willow House.

Too cap off a nice weekend, not one, but two Father Christmas's turned up.

We will definitely return.

Fantastic site. We were met on our arrival by lovely friendly owners and shown to our pitch. The grounds are kept to perfection with some hard standings. The toilet and shower blocks are very clean and modern, there are 3 ladies toilets, 3 basins and 1 shower. Good dog walk on site and plenty of quiet roads to walk dogs out the site. Watton is only a five minute drive away and has a Tesco, Fish and Chip shop etc. The site is lovely and quiet. Just spent 12 days here and looking forward to our next visit.
