 This is little more than a farmers field.
The owners have installed a basic loo, water point and washing up area which is tucked away in a small copse of trees.
There is a beautiful walk across fields to the cliff top and the children were happy enough making their own entertainment in the field.
When the field isn't being used as a campsite, the owners keep horses on it, so expect ruts and holes and the odd dollop of manure.
The owners accept groups, so you might get some noise and they allow fires if you ask permission first and raise the fire pit off the ground so it doesn't scorch the grass.
This kind of 'campsite' suits us, we prefer wilder and more basic sites.
