 Naturist site easily reached from Bergerac(12 miles)fairly centrally located in the Dordogne(popular holiday area with plenty of local attractions)Site is on several levels with a steep slope to pool/bar/restaurant area from some of the camping areas. Site is rural & wooded. Narrow access but room for largest caravans once on site. INF(naturist)cards not required. Top part of site is disabled friendly tho with easy access to pool & toilets.
Car parking is at top of site once you have set up. Campsite is car free.
Dutch owned(fluent English spoken)& mainly Dutch & some UK campers, often no French. Several toilet/shower blocks, modern & clean. Large modern(non lifeguarded) pool & kids pool also bubble tub & sauna. Daily organized kids activities in peak season, no probs for English speaking kids, supervisors are mostly Dutch students with fluent English. There is a small onsite shop.
Main building containing bar/restaurant is old restored farm buildings, nice friendly atmosphere in bar(live music some nights, incl open mic nights, bring your guitar!) restaurant a bit pricey. In hot weather site is 100% naturist but you dress for bar/restaurant in evenings(as with most naturist sites)
The site is often full last 2wks Jul/first wk Aug so at these times either book or phone for space availability. Outside these times you should have no probs turning up on spec. Fees are not that cheap but average for site with good facilities.
Theres is an Ecomarche supermkt at Beaumont-du-Perigord & also at Issigeac which has a popular Sunday market. Both pleasant enough towns a short drive away but a bit 'touristy'
